Pet To Give

I, too, enjoy this app. Its a quick, easy and free way of helping animal shelters. Could the developers contact me. For the last 3 days mine has not responded. It says the server is not responding yet I do have internet access. I tried uninstall then install, but same...It had worked perfectly prior... thanks

1/7/18 - app does not work, says server is not responding, please try again. Please look into it! Worked great on old phone, but on Samsung Note the picture is small and covered with words. Screen goes to normal size after I'm done petting, but then back to tiny picture to pet the next. Reinstalling does not fix. Please make the pictures normal size so I can see their faces! Thanks

I gave five stars because when it works I love this app, but for the last week it hasn't worked. Like everyone else, I am getting the refresh screen , I've uninstalled, installed, rebooted my phone and nothing has worked! Please fix a so I can start petting again, it's such a good cause.

Love this app and have used it for several years, but since New Years, app not working! I see many comments all saying same thing! Many of us love being able to help other kitties, and are frustrated not being able to. PLEASE fix!!! PS. Glad to see it fixed. So changed my review back to excellent!!

I suddenly began receiving "Server not responding, please try again. Refresh." I have internet connection & even tried uninstalling & reinstalling a few times without success. What's the problem & why hasn't it been fixed yet? This is a very worthy cause & needs to be addressed ASAP!! This is the least we can do to help these Angels in need!

It hasn't worked all year. First the picture would just jump when I petted and no hearts or stars or meows. Then it showed the server problem. Now It's back to no hearts, stars or meows, just a jumpy screen. If I reinstall, I'll lose my points and I'm trying for a personal record. Katherine

Always loved this site ... had it over 3 phones (43000+ kibble) but for last 2 days it won't let me pet ... I've tried everything: uninstalled, turned my phone off, even cursed at it and begged ... nothing! It is getting frustrating ... all I want to do is feed some kibble.

App no longer works AT ALL. Keeps saying server is not responding and asking to try again. Been doing this for weeks. As much as i love this app and been using it, i think it's reached its end and it's time to uninstall, and that makes me sad.

Why isn't this app working anymore? It's been saying server not responding now for 6 days or so. Please fix it. It seems that nobody's been able to pet any animals for a while. Come on now, it shouldn't take so long to fix it.

I love the app, it's fun to "pet" animals to help animals. But every so often I have to uninstall it and reinstall it to get the clock that says 0 for the time to reset for me to pet more. I rescued my 2 youngest fur-daughters and would love to rescue more, but alas I cannot so I try and help the best way I can, this app being one of the ways. I also visit the website quite often. Since the last reinstall, my dogs are purring when petting... Very interesting since I have selected "none" for noise...

I liked doing something to help feed homeless pets, but this week the server has not worked; I'm glad to see it wasn't just me. Please, fix this problem so we can help the animals again!

1/15/18 It seems to be fixed. Thanks~ 1/12/18 Until 3 days ago this was our favorite way to help shelter animals. We've had this app for years and it got 5 stars. Have uninstalled and installed last couple days and nothing but "refresh". Our kitties are hungry, please fix.

The app quit work8ng all of a sudden. It now says it can't connect to the server and keeps coming up asking me to refresh and just keeps wanting to be refreshed and will not let me pet to give!

I love this app, but it stopped working several days ago. Uninstalling/reinstalling doesn't work. I'll try again soon. You are losing donations.

Jan 8, 2018 - cannot connect to server. Have had this error message for awhile now. Have sent email to support but do not expect any response as previous attempts for different contacts have failed. Sad because this app is strictly to help animals...what is the matter with your support...do they not believe in this app and what it does. Considering removing this app as I have lost hope. Will bide my time for a bit more than react accordingly. Enough is enough!!!

App messages me to say I have animals to pet but won't let me. Keeps going to a 'refresh' page. Has been this way for 2 days now. Please fix!!

App has ceased to work. For days it's been saying the server isn't responding on my phone and tablet.

This is such a great cause & free too, but for the last 2 or 3 days it will not let me pet. It redirects me toa page that states the Internet needs to connect and to refresh. I really miss petting my animals! ????

Server keeps saying not responding. It's been about 2 weeks now. It needs to be fixed NOW!! A lot of other users are saying the same thing. Do you not read your reviews or just don't care. PLEASE FIX Thank you for fixing the app!!! It took a while, but it is fixed.

Keeps telling me I have pets to pet. When I click on it, it tells me the server has errors, and refresh. It's not worked in 2 days. Frustrating!!!

App started giving server error yesterday (1/4/18) finally began working again this morning 1/15/18!

IPad version works better. On this one, when I try to pet, the picture scrolls up and down making it very difficult to pet.

Had been working great until about a week ago. Now it just comes up with a cute pic of a cat saying "Need internets". Hope it get fixed.

It is not working on my android phone or tablet since this morning. I get the notification to pet.. but says server not responding and goes to a refresh screen.

HELP!! I love this site and it helps me feel like I'm contributing towards these poor pups. But for about two or three weeks I have been getting this message: "Server not responding, please try again. Refresh." I have internet connection and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app severeal times, to no avail. Can someone please look into this?

I like the app a lot . I added my dog and picked the pant option but the next day when I opened the app her picture was the one to pet (awesome ) but my cute pit bull was purring. Please fix this ASAP !!

I love this app and being able to use my pictures however only half of the pictures I've added actually show up.

I love the app. Use it all the time but it has not worked since the beginning of the new year. Says server not responding and that it needs internet. I am connected to the internet. I have an LG android phone. Please check this out. Would really love to be able to use this app.
