The app is good but the service itself is slow. They say could take up to 48 hours ,but that is business hours .when translated ,that is up to 5 days . It's called manual review and you will get it 8 out of 10 times . If you need $$ right away, don't do it online

App keeps crashing!! Needs a lot of work!

This company sucks ass. They never take your loan amount out on the due date so they just take it whenever and it bounces your account. They don't care about you or what you have going on as long as they have their company will not use it again and am contacting the BBB. on their company!

Scam, they just collect you sensitive information and share/sell it and don't loan money.

I hate the app and the customer service..tried to get them to help me to change my password even though I have an account with them. They refused to helping wanting info they already had from.me...

Soon I open it it don't do anything just stay on main screen

Bad company

This company can care less about u! Tried for 2 weeks to apply for a loan and twice the app says ur approved just waiting on verification. After a couple days I call them and they say we r verifying and it will be 24-48 hrs. After a week the application says it canceled them self???? Really??? U guys r the worst! Hello check into cash!

I downloaded the app thinking it would be easier to access everything and sign documents. But it is constantly timing out or not loading.

They are reasonable and I have been approved for two loans so far I do believe they go off your credit history but when I needed money they was there and really helped

Everybody' complaints of something rong with the download or seeing documents .So far verything is good the download and sending proff of bank statemt.got my direct diposit cash.verything went smooth and I'm happy thanks .check and go.

This app and the website is one of the worst thing on the internet, how do they expect people to use their services if they cant apply or access their account. I wouldn't recommend anyone putting info or bank info on this app or website, who knows how secure it is when cant even load a page right.

I downloaded the app because I use my phone for everything and for some reason I kept getting errors every time I tried downloading my paystubs for my loan. I talked to customer service and they told me that sometimes they just aren't compatible and that I should just download the app. I did, tried again, and the download buttons do not work! The submit button does just not the download ones. This app is then uselss.

App is good but a little slow loading, etc.

Won't open anymore loans through them because of their website and app. I spend 3-4hrs just trying to sign docs, worthless, and a pain to do!!!!!!! If I could give it a zero,I would!!!!!

App and web site don't work properly 100% of the time. It has asked for as many as 42 additional entries and will not accept request for loan.

Poor download for android phone ZTE mobile phone,Don't allow you to apply an application online.
