Really useful, but could use a few upgrades. For one, somewhere to globally set your training maxes for the nsuns 531 would be great - it's kind of a pain to have to set it for each exercise only when the workout is running. A log/graph would be kind of cool to track progress, and a way to adjust weight percentages would be good for when you stray a little bit from the prescribed amounts.

I have been using this app for the past month with nsuns 531 and have been enjoying it for the most part. The main issues I've had is when adding exercises for the accessory movements. I sometimes need to add the exercises multiple times for them to stick or need to exit and re-enter the workout. I've also been losing progress on sets when adding these accessories. Overall these are bug fixes that would make me want to keep using this app as I do really enjoy the structure and especially the layout of the plate calculator. Some improvements I might suggest would be to allow us to set our available weights for the plate calculator, and a pause button for the workout timer. I usually do half my workout on my lunch break and the other half after work and would love the ability to pause my workout. Also a way to edit your workout after submission as it's frustrating to lose a record of my sets after a bug caused them not all to be recorded. Overall keep up the good work! This is by far my favorite workout app on the play store and could be perfect with a little improvement.

It is nice but has some bugs. Music shuts off if you look at exercise instructions and it doesn't date the work outs correctly. You would need to start the exercise program exactly on the listed start date and follow it to a t. Or if you miss a day, it will say you worked out the day before.

I'm using it to track my progress in metallicadpa's PPL. So far I like the interface of the app and the timer is a great addition. So far a great experience. Areas that need improvement: I don't know how to create supersets inside the app. I would like to see my progress across time without having to visit each workday one by one. Great app!

Love that it has preloaded planned workouts, but it's a bit frustrating that I can't enter whatever amount of weight I want. For example, there is no 16kg, only 15 and 17.5

This app is great. I use it for Bret Contreras' Stronger Curves program. I follow along at the gym as i go. Great idea.
