Choice Hotels

New to Choice We've been loyal Marriot customers for several years but need to try to spend less overall, so we are trying Choice. The app is good, although our last 3 stays were adequate but definitely a step down and disappointing. We are going to hang in there for now and keep trying different choice hotels and hopefully figure out which ones fit us.

It would be handy if one could seek hotels a certain distance and direction. For example 200 miles west of location or, say, 6 hrs drive east of present location.

Used to be amazing but now crashes anytime I hit "search for hotels". I've updated permissions, I've logged out and back in, I've reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, nothing fixes the issue. Impossible to book a hotel now unless it's in my favorites. Please fix! -- Moto X pure edition

Great hotel app for a frequent traveler. This app keeps track of every night past, present and future stays!

Great loyalty rewards program and the app is easy to use for reservations and for tracking those rewards. I definitely recommend the Choice app.

I like to go on road trips with no time schedule . I drive and after I order dinner I find a room . Before the appetizers come out I have a conformation .

Useless if you can't even run the app without it locking up and crashing.

Easy to navigate and use. Especially booking on the run. It gives you hotel options inside the Choice family based on proximity to your destination and even provides directions to the hotel you choose.

When I open the APP and try to go to the area to put in destination it bounces back to the area with all my APP'S.

Decent app for making and monitoring reservations. Easily transfers reservations to your calendar.

Finally seems like the website is working like it should. This is an good app to search for a Choice hotels.

Quick & easy to make reservations. Directions to find hotel. Always seems to be a reward program for free gift cards. Love it

Could be better if the address book pulled up different options as you were typing the address.

A little cumbersome to do cancellations and such. Not my favorite hotel app to be honest.

An amazing and easy to use app

Customer service is horrible. Points program is a joke. They say you can redeem your points for up to 2 gift cards in a 24 hour period yet only let you get one, then make you wait 72 to purchase only 1 another 72 hours later. They also went one dissatisfying step further and claimed my email on file had been updated recently (which it hadn't) and said since that happened I would have to wait 15 days to use my points because of that. Horrible rewards program. Customer service agents are very rude and defensive and try to talk over you without even letting you finish explaining your problem. I am choosing another hotel chain.

Beware the dates! I used the app to make a same day reservation that was somehow changed to the next month. Customer Service cannot / will not assist with the cancellation. I had to pay twice for the correct date and will never stay at a Choice property again.

Very useful and much easier to use than the online version on your phone. Makes booking hotels very simple and easy.

Works well. And the current triple points helps a lot. I still use the desktop for research because I want the maps. But this makes it easier to book on the road than using a browser.

This App is Great easy to use has all my info from previous stays to future , keeps track on the reward points I earn during each of my stays. I have never had any Issue with it yet always has new promos from earning free nights faster and great prices at Clean Hotels to Great Customer service, we love it and will continue to be our go to App and Hotels to stay for every occasion. Generally, each hotel we've stayed at in this chain is very clean and well staffed. We enjoy staying here.

We came from Kentucky to Grove City Ohio for the Rock on the Range show in Columbus we have been doing this for 11 years the Quality Inn in Grove City took great care of us the rooms were clean the management was great and the staff was friendly and if you are in a safe environment thank you Nick the manager for everything you're only as good as your crew and you were great thank you you're loyal patrons from room 105 we will come back again we will tell everybody how great you are and how blessed you are again thank you room 105

I have been on the phone with customer service today for 4 1/2 hours, hung up on 5 times, transferred 15 times, and have received the absolute WORST SERVICE imaginable. My app gives me a server error... The online web version freezes on chrome, ie, and Firefox. I have gotten no compassion, and I now know word for word their answers depending on which department I'm speaking with... Which this proves the are reading a computer screen... They don't even deserve the 1 star I had to rate.

App was working fine. Now never wants to pull anything up just spins. They need to leave it alone

This app is awesome overall, wish the cancelation policy was better, just due to the fact anything can delay you being a trucker lol. But im very please with the service and the way the app makes so easy to navigate.

Its a little difficult to use. Navigation is pretty easy to use but finding answers isnt easy at all.

I stay over 225 nights a year in a hotel for work this app makes it all easy , love it

It's just plain easy. Highly recommended
