With the last updated the system works as it supposed to. I finally have remote access through mobile network which wasn't working on the last version. Good work.

After the update, I opened the app and I got a message saying that settings have changed and that I have to run setup on the app again. Whenever I run setup, I always get a Network Anomaly error, which makes this app unusable.

Update has put the app to default so now i wont get any notifications from the alarm as i have to reconfigure and im 200 miles from the system ....... well done on the update

Good system but doesn't have SOS function on the app. Also scheduling is not possible in home mode. Please add these features in your app and it will get a 5 star rating from me.

Does not have a distinctive warning sound when alarm is activated, same as other default message, can be confusing. It would better also if it is account based so log in is required and all sensors names are saved even if you change phone.

Latest version 19 Mar 2016 broke my access to my Alarm when accessing it using 3G and Internet :-( Update: Latest build 16.1 fixed the problem.

Great product bad software with alot of connection errors with 3 and 4g . Manuel is so poor for such good product. YouTube channel is totally unorganised and videos is not really informative . Installing signal repeater is mission impossible . I hope i became reaction from the company as i sold more than 15 units in hamburg in 2 weaks . But i started to collect problems . I really need urgent customer service

I have updated this app recently and like the post below I can't access my alarm when on 3/4g!! Hopefully support will get this working soon...

The system actually works when tested. The push notifications tell me what zones have been broken however the app told me no network connection. Couldnt get in settings to look around on initial setup. Frustrating!!!!!????!!!! However after using the contact us link explaining my issues. They sent me a download link from Smanos & the whole system works well including app. Needless to say I have turned off any updates for this app. If it not broke don't fix it.
