Cigo Tracker app makes it easy for customers to view and track their deliveries.

1- Informs clients of all the important details of their upcoming deliveries.
2- Allows clients to live track the delivery as it is heading to their location.
3- Permits clients to view any damages inflicted on their package.
4- Clients may upload their satisfaction of the delivery.

The process is meant to simplify the delivery process in order to minimize the stress of missing the delivery truck.

How it works?

On the eve of the delivery, the client may download the free application and log on with his phone number and postal code.

From there, Cigo Tracker will inform the client of all the necessary details of his upcoming delivery including the exact rank order on the day of the delivery.

For example, if your delivery is ranked 9 th of a total of 10 on that day, the client will know that he won't get his delivery early in the morning.

After each completed delivery, Cigo Tracker will notify the client. Once the delivery truck is headed to your location, Cigo Tracker will allow the client to track the location of the truck with an estimated time of arrival that compensates for traffic.

This will reassure the client of where the truck is and a better comprehension of when the truck will arrive.

If the client or driver notices any damages on the items or damages inflicted on the property, pictures taken from the driver’s smart phone may be directly uploaded to Cigo Tracker. These pictures will be available for the client and retailer. Once the delivery is completed, the client will have the opportunity to rate the service and insert any comments, which will be forwarded to the retailers’ administration.

Cigo Tracker is an easy to use app that offers real-time whereabouts of your delivery. For clients to benefit from our service, retailers must be registered with Cigo Tracker.
