Conveniently report neighborhood blight or safety hazards like potholes, graffiti, litter, abandoned vehicles or illegal dumping when you see it. Your report will be sent directly to my office for a quick response and provide us with the data necessary to work proactively to address small problems before they become big problems. You will be able to review the status of your reports and know that you have helped improve San Jose. I am confident that Mobile City Hall will create a new standard in constituent service. No follow-through on requests. All my 14 requests, up to 33 weeks old, have the status of "Referred to Department". Street name font is too small. App is 5 stars, follow through is one star. Average is three stars.

Pretty simple to capture and report problems. Can see the actual repairs happening so the city is definitely responsive.

Very Buggy, gps won't deactivate after exited program. Needs ability to report without taking a pic, ie while driving can't take a pic of a pothole.

Great idea but there is room for improvement. The app generality feels slow. There is no way to edit or cancel existing request, only to provide additional comment. Also the app crashed when I used the "back" button.
