It's actually a great app, but I cannot use it properly on my tablet, since the screen doesn't rotate and I have a keyboard built into my tablet, so that's quite a nuisance. Fix that for one higher rating .

Very sneaky company. The website says use mobile app and recieve 10% off. The quote I received did seem to be cheaper, until at checkout, I realized the app only showed me the "pay now" price, instead of the "pay later" price, which is buried with very small font. The price is exactly the same as the regular web price. Sneaky.

Travelled with 4 young kids. Booked a mid size MPV couple of months prior to my travel date. Upon pickup i was given a mini MPV. Very frustrated with their service. Luckily managed to get the vehicle i want from other company. I would never do business with company again.

First, it's useful to get a ball park figure when I'm looking to rent but honestly, I've always done better calling when I'm ready to book. Second, I have never managed to view my booking with the app. That's bad Europcar, are you reading this? That's an important feature that does not, has not and probably will never work (at least for me, I can't speak for othets), so a pretty useless app. Looks pretty though...

Keeps crashing. Says branch is closed but doesn't show what hours it's open.

I never got past the Find a Location page - had a blank dialog box showing only "Ok" & couldn't click on anything after that. Uninstalling!
