Craving To Quit! for Android
I tried this app last year, but since then they have made some nice updates and feature additions. In response to the one reviewer, 3 days should be plenty to decide if you like the app or not. The cost of the monthly fee is well worth it if you stick with the program, versus the cost of what you'd spend on cigarettes for the same time period. People always want something for nothing. I know that I have a tough time and am vulnerable to relapsing, so when they kindly gave me a discount code for a technical glitch I encountered, I purchased a lifetime membership, which is how much i spend on cigarettes for one month anyway. I'm just wondering if they could take a look at the design UI and maybe consider making it match Google's material design a little more closely. Thank you.
all of a sudden this app will not ope. get a message..have uninstalled and reinstalled...I am paying for a su bcription that does not work UPDATE: unimstalled and erase app xata and then deinstalled and it is working again. I did not know how to cintact support as I could not access it in the app.
Then it would be good to see if it at least had a benefit by allowing longer than three days. One can not learn mindfulness in three days.

I think this is THE approach to quitting. All those people who keep saying "Just do it, just quit!", really have no idea what they are talking about. Here, I have found a gentle method that focuses on the process itself. I know a lot of people have tried to quit for good countless times and don't want to get their hopes up. But I'd say always get back up, it's worth it.
