Compared to other mobile deposits I use THIS IS THE WORST. Fix your app to use a flash. How the moron who programed the app not to use a flash with the camera is beyond me.

Site goes down fairly often. CCCU staff not at all helpful

Works well on Nexus. Not a fan of the GUI but I can get the info I need.

I forgot my password and there is no way to retrieve it or change it for a new one

Uninstalled, reinstalled, and still not working. I have had the app for a few years with no problem, now can't get into my accounts. Very irritating since I am now in CA and still bank with them and not able to make my mobile deposits.

The updates are lagging so far behind that I can't even use the app any longer just reads system error....even when it did work it was rough.

Use to work fine, but it's all bad now however the CREDIT UNION IS AWESOME!

Works great if you're in the mood to go through a lengthy interview process and eventually have to reset your credentials every time you want to use it. What a P.I.T.A.

System error for weeks now.

It locks you out of the device you are trying to log in from if you try and forget your password 3xs. You can nevwr log in from that device once u are locked out.I had to Uninstall.

App says my password is wrong. It works on the chrome browser. Please fix app

Finally you can log into multiple accounts! Works flawlessly!!

App states it isn't working. Can't sign in to account.

A million security questions. Ones I have never heard of and have no answer for. What am I suppose to do with that!? Unimpressed, disappointed and frustrated.

There not a option to deposit noble check like the website or bank handouts state. Very limited apps and basic features

Loved the app until this recent update. Never signs in anymore. Does not work. LG G3.

I had to do a factory reset on my phone and when I downloaded this app again it was asking me security questions that I didn't answer to begin with! Get it together people or bank elsewhere!

Everything works excellently in this app for me, but the check deposit by photo is just awful. The autofocus is terrible and there are zero options for focus, lighting, etc. I can usually get s picture of the front of the check just fine, but because the back of the check is mostly the same color it refuses to focus on it. It still works after around 20 tries, and it's worth it to not have to go to the bank, but it's ridiculously frustrating.

Says I have the wrong password then locked me out from using this device. I can get in my account on the computer using the same account name and password I used on the app.

Check deposits works great...absolutely no problems! Do you think it's ever going to be possible to access more than one account from this one app?

This app was good for about 5 months and now it's saying my password is incorrect.. when i try signing in once, says i been locked out of my account from my device... uninstalling this app

Tons of security questions and haven't even set up log in info. How do I get past this?

2 months later (since my last post) and still waiting to at least be able to see balances from additional accounts never mind being able to access them. Going to happen any time soon?

Took me awhile to maneuver through site. I still cannot deposit from mobile phone as website states you can. Other than that gets the job done for what its worth.

Will not log in keeps asking questions but will not log in!

I use last pass to manage passwords for all of my apps and web pages. I am unable to log in to the app because it does not allow me to paste a computer generated password into the password field.

Would like this app with five stars if I could log into multiple different bank accounts rather than being locked into just one. Perhaps allow to completely log out like the website so you can log back in to a different account.
