Designed to accompany the textbook of the same name, the app uses attractive stroke animations to show you how each character is formed, one stroke at a time. First screen only shows and I have to uninstall and install over and over again in order to use the app. This is sad, I would really like to use the app since it could help me with stroke order if it worked properly.

This app is helpful the few times that I got past the first screen. Definitely not worth it, even for the low cost. Cengage should be ashamed to release an app that doesn't work most of the time!

This app is great for practicing my characters, but it's a little slow and crashes occasionally. I won't uninstall, but I would LOVE an update.

The app works well when the title screen goes away, but often the title screen stays and I'm not able to use the app properly. When it does work, it works very well and helps to understand stroke order and walks me through when I don't understand something or am not quite picking it up fast enough.

App used to work great, and was incredibly helpful when trying to learn and memorize new characters. However the app began having issues. I tried reinstalling, but found that me and my classmates were all having the same issues. At first the app would leave a picture up in front of the menu so you could not see what was going on, now the app does not scroll down past section 3A. Since we are now on section 6B the app is almost useless.
