Great app to help work towards conquering squats. Easy 3 day push. It increases the squat count appropriately. I would just recommend videos to help those who aren't entirely sure how to do a squat.

I love this app as I can see progress! The photo of body position and description of the movement is really good. Would be even better with extra info on body position, I think my knees are turning in a bit. :-)

Off course u still need to motivate urself to actually do the exercises, even fitness22 can't create the magic of doing it for u. But I have to admit, they make it a hell of a lot easier than having to do it all on ur own! Seeing ur progress and results u never expected urself to obtain is amazing. I have most fitness22 apps now and love usinh them!

Easy to use. I can track day by day. I like being able to easily find other apps they have and the explanations offered right there without having to go to the app. It's also nice how they explain what a proper squat is and remind you to stretch. I really like the work out plans offered as well. I'm using multiple apps by them and I love them.
