It's not worth wasting your money. If you just want it to check MIL light it's ok. But if you want to reset service light or anything even after purchase of vehicle software, it won't allow you to. They should allow more for people that pay for additional software. I bought the Audi software and a few months later they are asking me to renew for the same software for another 30$ pure B.S. don't waste your time!!

You need mobile data for it to work. But besides that the app crashes constantly the updates dont work and cause crashing. Everytime i need this it lets me down so its now in the garbage can. P.S learn how to develop workings products before you start ripping people off.

This thing tells me everything about my truck including what temperature the heater is set to and that the lumbar support doesn't work in my seat. But it won't tell me what my battery voltage is. It would be great if you could incorporate that into the software. If it already is please make it easier to find.

Looks like they fixed the android OS 6.0 problem, and I'm back in business. Thank you guys for fixing. Now i can use on my new phone. Can't wait, love this tool.

I have to say. The unit is nice. If it would only allow me to purchase software. Can't do any thing as I can't get the software I need. Piece of nonsense. If I can get software. I would consider giving it 5 stars.

Would have given more stars but since my phone updated to 6.0.1 I can no longer use the app. Don't download until app is compatible to marshmallow.

The app crashes after connecting to the Launch Of connector on Android 6.0.2. I wouldn't care, but I paid $120 for the connector and it's useless.

I really like it. Until it doesn't work with Android 6.0. no help from launch for this concern.

Despite what people have been saying it works fine on android 6 now, but the bigger thing is if you get a new phone you can re-download the software to give you access to your purchases. Maybe it's a new thing now but had to get a new phone recently, logged in to my account and re-downloaded the software in the app and works fine!

Working great on version 5.x.x but when I make update to 6.0.1 software don't work. Please fix this problem.

I have to pay to use something that I just bought? and I can't get the confirmation code. Deleting the application and returning the connector...too bad it's a great idea but it has to work!

Call tech support. All they could tell me is there is no eta on an update to solve the crash problem on android after 6.0 update. Really aggravating after spending over 200 on packages and the tool itself.

I just connect the device in to TATA vista and I got a error message "Diagnose main Err ID 44". How to fix it ?

Bought the obd kit from my tool guy. Worked ok but got a new phone and forgot the password to my piece. Links they send to reset the password are broken. Now I have expensive plastic.

Easy Diag stops working after android update.

I have tried and failed to get the app to update to my new phone. Even with contacting for help. Still no luck. So now i have to keep my old phone just for the programming.

I'm at my wits end with this as it is not letting me download the software that I paid for.

Paid for Ford software, took the money and wont let me download it. Wasted $39.95!!!!

This app was obviously the first attempt of someone on LSD to write a app, after 6 attempts to register the product, I gave up, Don't believe what you see on YOUTUBE. Contacted the manufacture for help, they do not offer Tech Support, told me to contact Distributor! Really! Currently running 6.0 android

Used this scanner 3 times in the last three days and it is a great tool for the money. Scans all the systems on the vehicle. You can easily monitor ABS or body computer data and easily clear codes. Would recommend this device to anyone.

Got the app and bought the software for my car. The app now refuses to recognise me as a user so i have a useless bluetooth connector and lost the software i updated the app with. Waste of money!!!

Paid for several car models it now says can't be updated need to buy new software. It constantly hangs

This app was very good, but broke my old Samsung device, upgraded to Nexus 6p Android version 7.0 now the program will not even Launch, so you guys need to get with the program and update your software, I will change my review then.
