Needs work

Bought the product. 100. $5 per month for service, but I got charged twice every month, it took 4 months to correct. Cat got lost, gps says she's at home, but when we called they informed us that they changed to a new system. Now they want another hundred to upgrade, and a hundred to replace what we had. Extreme rip off.

I have had my Trackimo for almost 2 years and am very pleased with it. Outdoors it is very accurate and shows where I am and where I have been within 2 feet. ***For those of you who want to sit indoors at the computer and move it around your house... It won't be accurate. Get a life.

This app and device both are abominable. I try to see the positive in life, and I am glad I learned that incompetent people work at Trackimo. I myself program as a hobby, and have done better. The founder had to have his 8-year-old nephew help with design and definitely program it. They are missing instruction manuals or they never wrote or printed them.

This thing is not accurate at all and will jump from one address to another when you are tracking. I had the device with me in the car and I placed it on the passenger seat while looking at it on this app it showed me its like 5 blocks away and kept jumping from 1 address to the other. And only once it was right. I don't know how iam going to trust it when tracking my kids cars!?

The app is slow to update position of tracker. I can only use the trackimo website to have an up to time location. The app won't let me send beep and just reads "unknown error occurred". The gadget itself is very slow to connect to gps but works. Not as fast as you would expect. I don't understand why my cell phone can have an accurate location and the device that is dedicated to this, is very slow and inaccurate?! Might as well just buy an old cell phone and use that as a tracker instead!

I got this to track my pussycat when she goes outside. I've had it for two weeks and I'm not very impressed. Fairly easy to set up. But then what!? The manual stops there. No information about the various lights, what they do and even nothing to show whether it's on or off! It only refreshes when it wants to, irrespective of whether the settings ( accessed through both the app and the website) are set to 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes etc. VERY PUZZLING, VERY FRUSTRATING. The guys on the online help (which itself was difficult to find) sent me the pages about what the lights are supposed to do. But that bears NO resemblance to what few lights and sounds occasionally appear. I can't even tell whether it's on or off. HAVE THESE PEOPLE EVER TRIED OUT THE DEVICE IN REAL LIFE? Overall, very disappointed. I'm still using it because it's slightly better than using nothing at all.

It freezes every five minutes.Then I have to close app and restart.Not good for my needs,I have search and rescue dog and drone.Was hoping for live feed,but it doesn't work as advertised..Probably the free cellular service that comes with it.Won't stay open,obviously limited service..Well I guess if my dog or drone gets lost I will get five minutes to track it.Then restart app..Lame, offer upgrade on the crappie limited cellular service.

When I do a history search the Black Box comes up with date and times which pretty much covers a lot of my screen on the map. That needs to go away after you do the search. Also just won't do me much good unless there's some cell towers around so for the money not really worth it. Good for the family pet or teenage kids you want to keep track on. I bought this for my drone and a lot of places I go cell service is nowhere around so doesn't do me much good unless I'm in the neighborhood.

The zooming thing is VERY annoying. The tracking works well, even if the time is off sometimes. It said 1:57 pm but it was only like 11:42. I'm pleased with the device, not the app.

Doesn't update, doesn't track. We have 5 devices on our vehicles and all freeze and don't provide any information. Spend a bit more money and buy a device that works. These are absolute garbage!! Beware

I have watched the app showing the tracker moving at 30 mph a half mile away, when it was actually stationary sitting right in front of me. It is impossible to see where it was at any time. To have any value it would need to display the tracks for a range of time, not date range. Also needs to be able to step through positions starting at any selected user time. As it is, it is utterly useless. Any high schooler could write a better app.

Location not exact

no puedo agregar una cuenta de correo distinta para agregar un dispositivo por que sale que ya esta activado. no hay forma de darlo de baja para pasarlo a otro correo. tengo varios dispositivos y por privacidad asignarle a una persona que pueda consultar un dispositivo sin que vea los otros pero yo poder consultar los demas en la otra. ( y no se puede por que sale que ya estan activados)

A real crab. Not accurate. Not responsive. Cannot track anything. Waste time and money.

Can't beat for the cost and accuracy.. I use it for my Labrador retriever when off leash and my DJI phantom helicopter in the event of a fly away..

Glade the parents didn't have this 30 years ago. The device works ok. Like others the map zooms out on its own. Not a big issue on a 27 inch monitor but on the phone the pop up location notice needs to be turned off if we don't want it. Why not make it possible to tap the location icon to turned it on and off.

I just got a trackimo, and here is what needs fixing. Map zooms out on it's own. I zoomed in for a reason! Needs to remember I set the satellite image instead of map. Often won't update, even when my wife, standing next to me, with the exact same phone, does have an update. Needs a compass to point in the direction of the tracker. Tracker battery jumps from 100% to 65%,Too easy to log out without remembering user and password. UPDATE this version is no better.

Please give us an option to turn of the label that shows over the map. Is very unconfortable review the position with it.

Please get the map to stay zoomed in on an area. It does not need to default to an extended map view after I have already zoomed into a specific area on the map. Also you need an option to change the default email that receives the notifications.

I bought the device and was very excited to start using the system....only to be disappointed. I've been tracking my car which I park outside my office and for the past 3 days but the app shows a location more than 4 blocks away from the device. A variance of a few meters I can tolerate but more than 4 blocks makes the system completely useless and a waste of money. I've also changed mph to kph a hundred time but it just changes back to mph the whole time.

This device works so poorly, it should be illegal to sell it. Save your money. If you insist on owning one, buy mine; please.

Not good

Needs to let users know how long device stayed in its location. Meaning what time it arrived and what time it left during it's duration and how long it stayed in it's location.
