PDSA App for Mental Health (Unreleased)

We have designed this app to support those doing quality improvement in mental healthin low and middle income countries. The app strives to guide the user through the necessary elements of their QI project(s) by prompting the user to briefly articulate details of their aim, scope, timeline, etc. Then, the app takes you through a PDSA cycle(s) (the engine of QI work) where your test of change is described, data is collected, results are analyzed, and action is taken. Rapid testing of multiple PDSAs yields greater learning and the ability to reach project goals even faster.
