I can't even sign up. I have a very secure password and the only thing I gets is that it won't take the password because it doesn't meet the criteria. I tried different secure passwords and still the same. What a stupid app if you can't even sign up

This used to be a good app. I've been using this app for a while and it has not allowed me to make any new purchases in the last three months. Customer service has done very little to help when I can get in contact with them. Fix this problem please.

It's a decent app. I feel like the fees are a little high but the app is good. My frustration comes from signing in with a new phone. It keeps sending me a new verification code and says it's invalid and won't let me sign in. I've gone through it multiple times and even reset my password and nothing is working.

This app is terrible. It's been 3 weeks since I withdrew only 50$ and there is still no money in my bank account. And their support is terrible. I can't even talk to a real person. They just tell me there are some problems with transactions and It might take 2-3 more days, multiple times. and then post links to FAQs. Terrible terrible app. If you want bitcoin, or any other cryptocurrency, find a better way.

Two weeks to receive funds is ridiculous. The standard should be three business days. However, it's the most reliable way to buy crypto for now. Until Robinhood goes live.

Hate this app. They dont link my debit card. They keep chargin me two small fees everytime I try to link my card. Still card is not linked, but that doesnt stop them from charging me again and again.These guys are thieves!! I want my money back! Terrible customer service also.

Inconsistent performance. Works great somedays and other days it just had issues (not sending funds, or not allowing me to send max funds, even though that's a provided option).

I like the app, easy to use. I understand they are hiring 500 new staff this quarter which is great news. I would say that you do need to begin adding alt coins (xrp is in the top 3 and not added yet?). Otherwise you're leaving yourself open to a large hole for newcomer exchanges to take customers from coinbase. Keep up with demand!

Can't verify my bank account in order to withdraw any money. I keep entering the amounts that were placed in my account to verify but the app continually says that doesn't match their records. 1 star rating until that is fixed. There was no problem taking my money but getting it out is a different story.

It's hard to get approval, I tried several times to scan take pictures of my passport and ID, all the time no response, I can't understand, it's like they just don't check and kick you in the b#tt without explanation.

SCAMMERS!!!!! They will not let you withdraw funds and have absolutely no customer service. They are robbing people. Disgusted!!

Clicking "use max" loads entire balance without regard for network fees. Sending funds hangs a lot of the time. UI totally sucks. Uninstalled since it's useless to me. I'll use the website instead.

Good app but extremely frustrating customer service. I've been trying to verify my identity for ages to get access to my funds but the app won't let me select the button to take a picture of my ID.

For withdraw 100 miserable dlls takes more than 15 day.... And stilI im waiting. I don't want think for big invesments!!!

Works great! Minor Bug report: often takes two taps to open from home screen. Android 7.0, Galaxy S7 with Verizon.

To slow to update. Says 11,060. Sell and go check account its 400 lower. But its still at 11,060. Going somewhere else. Only here not to pay taxes.

it just will not link my bank account I put the 2 amount from my bank account it keeps saying the amount does not match up database been going through this for 3 days now

Couldn't verify my bank account even though I entered the correct accounts 3 days in a row. Not worth my time

Have been trying to withdraw MY money since December 2017. No support or customer service just automated responses. Potentially FRAUD.

I know adding Bitcoin cash ended up becoming a debacle but please look into adding other cryptocurrencies. So many people have been having issues lately and coinbase's customer service cannot keep up with the claims. If this app has substantially grown I was hoping their customer service would too, I guess they didn't.

If you buy coins then you have to wait almost 2 weeks for that to show up in your account. Even though they take money out of your account next day. If you sell them you have to wait again. No options to deposit bitcoin in your account so you can speed up buying and selling.

The fees charged to buy and sell make it absolutely worthless to use this service.

This app needs work. How can you take money from an account, with little to no verification... but then, can't deposit money to the same account?

The widget is always displaying an amount that is over $20 more than is in my account. Fees are quite high and the app is restrictive.

i think it is the best app to get into crypto. start with coinbase and go from there. never stop learning!

Great, easy way to invest in cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, and Litecoin). Although it does charge fees to deposit and sell.

so easy to use, sending and receiving Bitcoin. Miner fee is lowest than ever

Awesome app, this just everything you need to buy and sell and when you combine it with nicehash it make life easy.

If you are trying to earn money, please do not use coinbase...very hard to profit from this

The reason I'm giving 4 stars it's because in our country we can't buy bitcoin using our currency.

Great crypto app. Have more crypto currency available.

They tell you can hook up PayPal account but that is not true when they ask for bank they don't know who PayPal is and in there review is say they do !!!
