The app has worked fine for us for the most part. It took some work to get everything connected, including a call to customer service, but they were super helpful and got us going again. Usually the app connects to the camera with no problems, but every once in a while, we have to cycle the camera and our router of and on to connect. It's nice that the receiver device can be put to sleep while remaining connected, but sometimes upon waking up the device, it takes a minute to reconnect video feed. It would be awesome if you could lock the phone while keeping the video feed active to prevent someone from accidentally exiting the app or moving the camera.
Keeps asking me to use a 30 trial to view online, can't access video stream. Back when I could, audio was almost never audible.
How can a baby monitor be effective and useful if it times out all the time and stops the audio? I've had my twins home for 3 days. 3 days. And have had this app time out and stop several times on me. Thankfully only once when they were actually crying, but it makes me regret this camera. I'm going to have to buy a more dependable camera. This is completely unacceptable. For the money, I expected it to be reliable. I could buy a cheap one at Walmart that would be more dependable than this one.
I can check in on my grandkids anytime I want nd from anywhere.
We can't create an account...how the hell are we supposed to use this camera??

It takes about 5-10 minutes to show any video. Blank screens, reconnecting to camera, camera offline.. the list is never ending. Being an engineer myself, I'm appalled at this pile of crap. School students can build a better basic camera-app solution. I would not recommend this crappy solution to anyone. Waste of time and money. You should be ashamed to ship this product.
