Nervous about allowing access to contacts. I deinstalled this immediately as it wants access to my contacts. I don't want my friends getting spam calls so don't want to allow this. I. E. To me this is unusable.

When making a booking that uses a credit card, you dont get an email receipt. Drivers are unwilling to provide a paper one as they aren't receiving cash. Tried 4 emails address. If you need a receipt for business travel, use uber in Milton Keynes.

Nothing wrong in terms of ordering cabs and their punctuality. But I would like to know why app insists on permission to access my contacts. What possible use?

Amazing app!! I can track my car easily, call my driver direct and now pay by card if I don't have cash! Always a brilliant service too, drivers and phone staff always so helpful. Thanks skyline!!

Would like to know why some drivers are adding an extra 50p to fares saying it's a service charge when the cab company already adds a 50p service charge. The cab company needs to pass the service charge on to stop drivers from feeling the need to Rip the passengers off.

Terrible. Not sure if it's app or service but 3 out of 4 cabs never showed up

The app is great, but given yourself 30 min or so in booking, all well and good it saying pick up in 4 min but the cab arrives 15-20 later.

Taxi was late, had to wait in the cold for 10 mins as just come back from holiday. Had booked over a week ago. Not amused!

App doesn't eve have Luton Airport as a destination...

Tried to install, works but never received the 4 digit code to progress, used another company.

Overall, excellent.

I use it several times a week. And 95% of the time prebooked taxys arive on time or 5 min earlyer. The other 5% is busy rush hour days when you should expect delays. But if you cover yourself 20min + on that time your good.

Booked a taxi for 7:55pm... At 8:15 he had not turned up. Called driver and he was 40 minutes away on the m1... I then call the office who sent two cars out instead of 1. (6 passengers) thus costing me more money. Oh and it took five attempts to ring the office as the lines were busy then when I.got through I got the generic 5 mins away. .. very disappointed in the service...

They continuously give inaccurate arrival estimates through their app and the taxis turn up late. Simply avoid if you're in a hurry and you need a reliable service.

Love this app. Never lets me down, great to have a rough estimate and to be able to pay upfront by card. Thank you so much for investing in this. Because of this I only use Skyline. (Slider option for premium vehicle would be good), with chargeable extras of course. Keep up the great work.

Good updates on where and when your taxi will be. I'm new to Milton Keynes and all I hear is them turning up late. I gave them the benefit of the doubt only to use them for the first time and my experience was awful! DO NOT download the app and set up your card, they will only ask for you to pay cash in the car!! Money greedy drivers! Horrendous service!

I can order a taxi, for a specific time, in a specific place. It has the option to take card details, I haven't used this option. Taxi turned up both times I have used this app so far. The one annoying thing is the noise it makes when I get a notification. I can't find a way to mute or edit this noise.

This company are an utter disgrace. Twice I've ordered taxis from this app and they haven't turned up. When I called to complain they hung up on me. You may as well download the dominoes pizza app and hope a taxi turns up instead of a pizza. Complete disregard for customers but they get away with it because of relatively sparse competition. Avoid this app and this company at all costs. Disgusting.

Used the app for the first time today. Very easy to book, taxi was on time and the notifications before, during and after my taxi arrived were helpful. Hopefully it always works this well!

What a lifesaver of an app. And now you can have your card details - YES! Sometimes if you don't use the app for a while it asks for your pin code again, thankfully I still have the sms around. It works really well, I especially loved the card animations when entering payment details. Kudos to your Dev team!

I booked a taxi through the app but no car ever turned up. I have been waiting for a taxi for 9 hours now. All in all I don't think this app is any good.

Would love to enter my card details but it crashes every time I try.

App is okay, but taxi service is completely unreliable. They're always late and don't care, bad attitude and bad customer service.

Very efficient and reliable service, awesome app that has never let me down!

Strange function layout, too much information to fill. Three buttons should be enough! One for departure place, one for destination and the last one for call taxi!

If you have an account you can no longer book with the app like you used to and have to call. Which is a major pain. Also you cannot enter a destination and no estimated travel costs.

New version of this app is very complicated I prefer old version is best and easy to use

It will say it's booked and the cab will not turn up. Then you call skyline and come to know it's not booked and it will take another 10-15 minutes. Speak to a person for the booking.

New app looks like Uber and has a nice map with live tracking but you can't set a destination and it doesn't seem to recognise locations outside the area e.g. Luton airport, so it's now useless for long distance bookings.

With the new application I can no longer book Airport transfer. I am a frequent traveller so new application is several steps backwards...

Needs to be able to let you choose where u wanna go and give you estimated cost like the old app

after upgrade this app is not recommend able you can't book taxi in advance poor very poor app
