My First Skool Parent Portal

I've enrolled my child on 02 Jan and installed this app on the same day. But till today (11 Jan), I still don't receive the push notification on my child's signing in/out. Contacted the principal, the principal checked with the IT dept and was suggested I should un-install and re-install the app, which I did. But still, I did not receive anything. To be frank, it is not necessary for me to receive push notifications. I'd rather be able to check records of the signing in/out in the app itself, just like what many of the parents wrote here. Also, I don't like the fact that we can't customise our child's profile nor add photos. To me, this app served more like one-way portal from the school to the parents, not both ways where we could leave messages for the school as well.

I have 2 kids in mfs. Its a hassle to log in and out of the portal via mobile and at the sign in/out at the centre. Also, notification received (esp sign in/out) only for my eldest. The young one has no notification received. Kindly assist, pls. Thank you.

I have been logged out after the recent update and can't seem to log back in. Can't retrieve my password because I am not receiving the 'forgot password' email. I only have 1 email account. Please help to assist.

Cannot see the photo of 2 children. Not user friendly at all. Send email to administrator since Feb , but never hear fr them. Ask principal to connect them with me still no response fr them.

Hi, I realised the recent app update does not allow us to log in for 2children's portfolio. Does it mean that we need to key in password everytime when we switch to the other account?

It would be good to have a history of check-ins and check-outs

All the pictures are not showing on my XiaoMi4.

This new update keeps logging me out. Can you fix this asap? It is extremely annoying. Add a section to view historical sign in and sign out records.

I see that I'm not the only one facing problems with the latest update. It seems to have problems recognising our login credentials & requires us to reset our password every few days (5 days is the interval I encountered so far). It logs us out after every session even though we did not select the "Log Out" menu options. Notifications sometimes do not come in (an issue pertinent to individual installations, as my wife & I have encountered this issue individually for different posts/announcememts).

The app keeps logging out and keying in the password keeps prompting invalid. Have to reset password again and again. Pls fix it

Cant view pictures and after tried downloading the picture its stated unsuccessful. Please fix this.

The school recently uploaded an announcement on new improved menu with pictures of the menu attached. However, we are unable to see the attached menu despite updating the app. Also, the app still closes on it own suddenly in the midst of using. This happens everytime and many times at each usage of the app. Hope to resolve this.

If you can toggle between all your kids in a single sign in that will great. It's a hassle to keep logging off and on with diff access if you have more than 1 kid in mfs.

The app will be even better if it has the option to switch from 1 account to another so we can have update in signing in and out our children. I believe it's an important feature to add for the safety of our children

Cant see anything .....logged out logged in....uninstall and install again....still cant see the content only subject titles

Generally OK but I don't seem to be ae to get photo updates after April. Even when I Uninstalled and installed the app again

I keep getting message "app stopped unexpectedly" especially when the album has lots of photos

Lousy app. I'm using Android. Open up the app and takes forever to load and after waiting the app stop working and just close by itself. As this is an app to enhance communication between teachers and parents, the app gotta be much better than this.

I used to be able to receive updates when there's a new post or when my child has been checked in / out from school but recently this function no longer works. It would be good if the app allowed parents to customise what notifications they would like to receive.

No more notifications after the system upgrade. Pls look into it

App was updated this week judging from its new login interface and prompting for password (which will auto-login in the version before this release). Did a password reset but password reset email never comes in. Yesterday was a different error message to contact administrator. Poorly deployed by the developer - a waste of our parents time!

Forgotten the password, asked to type an email address to send the link to reset password. Ended up it can't be changed and have to call the administrator. Tried so many times but to no avail and now account is locked ????????????

Received notification of new announcement, couldn't load in app, try to log out but couldn't load too. Uninstall and reinstall, can't log in now.

The app doesnt update automatically with the new school term. I've tried to uninstall and install manually only then the new school term informtion gets updated. Another thing is the portfolio doesnt allow parents to share or print. Pls help and advise asap. Otherwise the app is pretty good. Thanks.

Forgot the password and never receive emails. Account being locked/disabled.

Downloaded qoqolo instead. Same developer, but it doesnt really work properly.

Photos are very low resolution n grainy. Difficult to scroll through as well. Good as an idea, bad in execution.

would have been way much better if a contact teacher option is available.
