Cristo nos enseña que la verdadera felicidad es una conquista del alma que no le niega nada a Dios y se olvida de sí misma.

El ser feliz es una necesidad para las personas, muchos quieren disfrutar la vida pero no saben como hacerlo, pareciera que es más fácil odiar la vida que amarla. No disfrutan las relaciones, las amistades, el trabajo, no disfrutan nada y llegan a preguntarse ¿Por qué no puedo ser feliz?
