The Baker's Dozen

The Baker’s Dozen is a neighbourhood artisan bakery, which offers an exquisite variety of international breads and bakery products. The central idea behind our concept is to serve extremely high quality, freshly baked, authentic European baked goodies.

The essence of The Bakers Dozen is that it is led by the baker displaying the love behind the love for bread and the craft of baking. Our head baker, Aditi Handa, mastered the art of Bread Baking at the International Culinary Institute in New York, one of the finest in the world (formerly known as the French Culinary Institute). With this skill to bake more than 100 different varieties of international breads without any preservatives, chemicals, emulsifiers, etc, we opened our flagship store near Century Bazaar, Worli on the 10th of March, 2013. Encouraged by the positive response, we have now opened more stores in Kemps Corner, Bandra, Lower Parel and Fort and stock our products at about 15 other partner stores in Mumbai.

We have been voted as ‘Mumbai’s best new bakery for 2013’ by Mumbai Mirror and have also received recognition from The Bread Bakers Guild of America!
