Nossa História

Organizada com sessenta membros em 26 de Dezembro de 1953. Foi dirigida inicialmente pelo seminarista, Ismail de Oliveira Rodrigues, logo sendo consagrado ao ministério da palavra, como pastor local. Em 1954 foi construído em terreno próprio, situado à rua pastor Waldemar Zarro, 28 Trindade/SG, inicialmente um salão, e após anos de esforços, construído o templo antigo com capacidade para mil e duzentos membros.

A Pib de Trindade foi responsável pela organização de 14 igrejas em diferentes localidades, sendo: Igreja Batista em Itaúna, Igreja Batista em Jardim Progresso, Igreja Batista no Colubande, II Batista de Trindade, Igreja Batista El shadai (Mutondo), Igreja Batista Evangelho Pleno, Igreja Batista Nova Aliança(São Fidelis), Igreja Batista Betânia, Igreja Batista Betel, Igreja Batista Fé e Esperança, Igreja Batista O Senhor Reina, Igreja Batista em Tribobó, Igreja Batista em Rio das Ostras, Igreja Batista em Rio Bonito.

Durante 41 anos, foi liderada pelo pastor fundador, Ismail de Oliveira Rodrigues, que partiu para o Senhor em Fevereiro de 1994. Na ocasião foi chamado para assumir e dar continuidade ao ministério na igreja, em 27 de Fevereiro de 1994, o pastor Edson Alves de Sousa.

Em nosso Templo Antigo localizado à Rua Pr. Waldemar Zarro nº 28, nossos cultos eram realizados em duas reuniões, sendo a primeira às 17:30h e a segunda às 20:00h. Foi ainda no templo antigo que a PIB de Trindade lançou seus 7 Cd's musicais assim intitulados: O Senhor Reina, Deus é Maior, Cristo é o Rei, Você pode Ser Livre, Celebremos a Vitória, O Véu se Rasgou e Lugar de Adoração. Recentemente no Templo Novo foi lançado o 1º DVD gravado ao Vivo com os louvores mais cantados. No Templo Antigo ainda são realizadas muitas atividades dentre elas citamos as seguintes: IBT Saúde, Unijovem, UNA, União Feminina, Projeto Alcance, Depam, Gabinete Pastoral entre outros.

Em Junho de 2008 a Pib Trindade inaugurou o seu novo templo no bairro de Nova Cidade com capacidade para aproximadamente 4.500 pessoas.

Em 18 de Outubro de 2011, a atual titular, Pra. Leila Cêa, assumiu a condução do rebanho. Sua direção caracteriza-se pela busca de modelos vivos, criativos, neotestamentário e culturalmente relevantes.
O resultado desta busca é hoje evidenciado numa comunidade vibrante que se alegra no louvor, se deleita na palavra e se esforça no serviço. É uma igreja que se importa em levar ao perdido o real sentido da vida e torná-lo um verdadeiro e frutífero discípulo de Jesus Cristo. Our History

Organized with sixty members on 26 December 1953. It was initially led by seminarian, Ismail de Oliveira Rodrigues, then being devoted to ministry of the word, as a local pastor. In 1954 was built in own grounds, located at Shepherd street Waldemar Zarro, 28 Trinity / SG, originally a hall, and after years of efforts, the ancient temple built with capacity for twelve hundred members.

The Trinity of GDP was responsible for the organization of 14 churches in different locations, as follows: Baptist Church in Itaúna Baptist Church in Garden Progress Baptist Church in Colubande, II Baptist Trinity Baptist Church El shadai (Mutondo), Full Gospel Baptist Church , Baptist Church New Covenant (St. Fidelis), Bethany Baptist Church, Baptist Church Bethel Baptist Faith and Hope Baptist Church The Lord Reina Baptist Church in Tribobó, Baptist Church in Rio das Ostras, Baptist Church in Rio Bonito.

During 41 years, was led by founding pastor, Ismail de Oliveira Rodrigues, who left for the Lord in February 1994. At the time he was called to take over and continue the ministry in the church, on February 27, 1994, Pastor Edson Alves de Sousa.

. In our Old Temple located at Rua Pr Waldemar Zarro # 28, our services were held at two meetings, the first being at 17: 30h and the second at 20: 00h. It was still in the ancient temple that the GDP of Trinity launched its 7 Cd's so musical titled: The Lord Reina, God is Great, Christ the King, You Can Be Free, celebrate Victory, The Veil Was Torn and place of worship. Recently in New Temple was released the 1st DVD recorded Live with the most sung praises. In Ancient Temple are still held many activities among which we mention the following: IBT Health, Unijovem, UNA, Women's Union, Reach Project, Depam, Pastoral Office among others.

In June 2008 the GDP Trinity inaugurated its new temple in the New Town neighborhood with a capacity of about 4,500 people.

On 18 October 2011, the current holder, Pra. Leila CEA took over driving the herd. His direction is characterized by the pursuit of live models, creative, and culturally relevant New Testament.
The result of this search is now shown in a vibrant community that rejoices in praise, delights in word and endeavors in the service. It is a church that cares to lead to lost the real meaning of life and make it a true and fruitful disciple of Jesus Christ.
