I had given a order for south Indian meals today at 12pm giving the time slot of 1:45 pm to 2:00pm and there is a delivery guy bluffing that he has delivered and not picking the call. I have waited till 3 pm and no one is picking the call or giving any information on delivery luckily I dint pay cash in advance worst app ever if you can't deliver don't even give time slots

Placed an order for 8pm and I have not heard from you guys at all since the order was placed. Worst still you don't answer phone calls nor feedback on the app works. Don't know how to approach you guys when there is no other option. I think you should make this more customer friendly and not make a hungry customer wait for food and not have any clue on the status either. Poor service

Great app, easy to use and great UI.Appreciate ontime delivery and dynamic menu everyday.only few times i have faced a glitch on a scenario where in a payment through payu on a guest checkout the payment got through but order did not however a great customer support on call ensured thay the order was through and delivered on time. I see a great team work and keep it up

Both the times I ordered, the delivery was late. For which, the customer support suggested ordering cookaro from swiggy. That's still okay. Worst was when I ordered for Chana and they delivered some cucumber curry. If you don't have something don't put it in the menu!!!

Food, packaging are perfect but not the delivery time. Ordered for 12.45 pm-1.00PM slot(Ordered at 11.00 AM) and got my food at 1:40 PM.

The value meal promises the quantity and quality to actually be called a "value meal" unlike the others out there. Also, love the app. The theme, choice of colors and pictures make me even hungrier. I think this will do great..!

Food is decent but delivery is always late.

First of all they have lot of bugs in their app, your money will get deducted and order is not placed. Besides that they have delivery issues sometimes and can delay your order upto 2 hrs, happened with me yesterday. These two things can be ignored because good eatable food is what I expect in the end, and then they deliver food 2 hrs late which has no spoon/fork and too much salt. I can compromise with delivery time and app bugs but not the food service. Eatfresh and freshmenu have never let me down.
