We are proud to say we were among the very first minicab companies in London to register with the Public Carriage Office, when the new legislation for both the private hire operators and their drivers came into force. In line with these stringent laws, all our drivers and their vehicles are individually licensed, all have had an enhanced police check, and carry ID cards.
Over the last two decades, Greyhound Cars have enjoyed an excellent working relationship with both big and small companies, as well as large organisations that rely on accurate journey records. Thanks to our investment in new data systems tailored specifically for the car hire industry, along with vehicle tracking, Mobile booking via our iPhone and Android apps, and automated booking facilities, we are also able to produce a detailed account of all jobs completed, including: Times, destinations, prices and the name of the person who booked the taxi cab.

Good reliable company. However just tried using their app and it enabled me to make a booking without inputting a full address i.e. on the corner of X road and Y road with pin point on map. Status says booked on the app and received confirmation email. When no sign of cab called direct and informed cab wasn't issued because of lack of house number. No error message was provided in app and given booked status. App needs this to be corrected.

Pre ordered cab 30 mins before needed, received confirmation but got a call 5 minutes after pick up time saying no cab as they only just received booking. Greyhound usually reliable, but app appears flawed. UBER saved the day.
