Easy to book a cab, but it doesn't show you how much the fare would be. So after I booked the cab to go to Gatwick, I had to phone them for the price for the fare! Bit pointless as I could have called them as usual and saved myself a lot of time! The story developed. And I ended up cancelling the cab to the airport for our family holiday because of rude customer service. The customer is never right I think.

Never had any issues good app best bit now you can see how much it will cost which helps. All ways on time plus you can see how long away the cab will be

The UX isn't great. You have to work out where somethings are. The book return feature seems a little awkward. Is handy for booking quickly and keeping track of bookings.

The booking process is a little hard to suss until you have used it a couple of times. Its not terrible but could improve

These foreigners are destroying all of the London taxis and making it hard for the UK with immigrants being taxi drivers

Two things that could be improved. 1) on the track vehicle map screen it would be nice if the zoom was not reset when tapping refresh. 2) it would be helpful if my bookings was stored on your server and not my phone, so that I have access to my bookings from multiple devices

Despite having made my booking via the app over 2 weeks ago I have been left stranded at Gatwick Airport after midnight by these jokers tonight. Avoid.

First time I have used this App and it was easy and driver was on time. I have always used this firm if I needed a cab and find the staff/drivers very friendly and reliable. Excellent service :)

I dont usually rate apps but felt i should with this excellent one.. Quick and easy to use app for the best cab firm around! Saves time as I can book my cabs on the go wherever I am and when I'm expecting it I can track it and see exactly where it is. Saves me calling in to book it and to ask where it is which also saves me money. I can get a text as the car is arriving with the car details so I know what i'm looking for. Safer option as I then know it's my taxi and a licensed driver rather than a touter.A*

Dont usually review apps but felt this one is worth it. This app has to elements to review 1. The app - really excellent. Had this on my iphone and was really happy it came to android. Seamless interface that really works. Order your cab and it turns up when you want it. You can track it and you can get a text message when it arrives. Brilliant. 2. Service. So far all the Cannons drivers have been polite and the cars clean. I use cabs a lot and feel they are the best car service I have ever used.
