Very good excellent service

Lovely

Always a little cheaper than other cab companies (and a lot cheaper than Black Cabs), but what is the point if the cars are almost always very late (usually 20 to 30 min after the desired time).

I am so disappointed from this company. Used them for more than 7 months to get home after work. At the beginning they were on time sometimes waiting extra 10 minutes which wasn't a problem. The last few times I booked with them the car was always late with more than 30 minuets. Will not used them again for sure. I wasted more time on waiting for the car than getting home.

This company may always do a good price but they never quite managed to do a good service. The cars have as good a chance of being on time as being half an hour late. It would help if they would just let me know but I get " sorry your car will be 10 minutes late" texts and end up waiting thrice that. Much more reliable to simply call ...or use Kabbee.

You are better off calling I've had numerous issues booking with the app many late cars as they were not scheduled even with prior reservation

Always have a safe and quick journey. Had an especially nice man in an blue prius drive me from far east to far north London, and even with the ridiculously cheap prices was accommodating enough to stop when I felt a bit queasy. Cannot thank enough. Always reccoment calling and taking in person as they are quick and friendly to deal with and app seems to be new.

Well designed and easy to use. Company is reliable and we'll priced. Cars are so so. Drivers are a bit hit and miss but usually competent.

The cab was 30 minutes late without any notice. The driver was really rude and followed a different route than the one agreed while booking. He even asked for additional charges for the longer way!

The App works and it's very convenient.

I once clicked the cancel button in the app, then all of a sudden I received a call from Swiss cottage and also the driver SHOUTING at me and telling me not to use their service anymore because I was supposed to call to cancel my booking not do it from the app !!!!! I couldn't understand why they were shouting if the option was available in the app !!! if they didn't want people to click it they shouldve removed that button !!! My experience is as horrible as my friends and family's....

Just started using it, but no problems so far.

Was a great app, but now I just get a sync error when I try to use it. Had to take my business elsewhere I'm afraid!

They cancelled my cab although I booked it 2 hours before. And they didn't even bother informing me!

Booked a taxi to arrive in half an hour on this app following a recommendation. Job showed as booked but 5 mins after booking I got an email cancelling the job with no explanation. I phoned up and was told there were no cars for over an hour and the price was more than quoted. Guy on the phone was helpful but this app is clearly useless!

Same experience as this Adam Hyslop guy... Thought it was because I was booking from south london. Now tried from euston and just won't sync with server. App is 100% broken.

I'm now working through the process of getting my money back for a cab journey I was charged 5 times for and which the cab driver insisted I pay for in cash....
