You are part of biggest Indian group Reliance and you are cheating like this. I done a recharge of jio number 20 days ago that was failed but money debuted from bank account but still i didn't get refund in bank or jio wallet. I tried to connect support on app even i called customer care but there is no response. Even small startups apps doesn't work like this.

I am not recommended this app,it's fraud app and my suggestion it is very bad app,plz don't register.if you register and enter your details(mobile no,email belongs to banking system) you will loss your money,time and bank balance. So finally everyone don't recommend this app, once more the management of this app are hackers. So everyone should be carefully.

Worst app. Worst customer support. No one picked my call even after waiting for 45 minutes. It's been a month, they have not refunded the money for unsuccessful recharge. Don't use this app even if there is any offer. Better go for other wallets. Update on 27/042017. Forgot to mention about their support email address and twitter account. Both these are useless. They don't even reply on Twitter or to emails.

Worst App... And worst customer service too. No option to retrieve passwords once forgot, automatically signs you out. Forgot password link ask you too enter DOB, once entered pops up user has not set DOB.. Raised a complaint via email on 12th April, no reply still from customer service department.

When i was attempting a recharge of 303 summer surprise plan at that time recharge was not done but money was deducted from bank account. And still now i haven't get my cashback yet. This is my 15th attempt to tell you about it but no one give me response. I have called on jiocare but no one receiving call. Please solve it quickly. I want my money back..

Worst wallet app.. There servers are bad!! They deduct money and the payment doesn't happen.. More than 20days passed and still didn't refund my money. They don't pick calls and don't even bother to reply to emails.. Even the first and second level escalations are useless!! Bloody cheaters!!! Go and check your mails, clear off your earlier issues and then ask ppl to use this!!!

Worst app ever.. not able do anything properly.. sucks at every damm step.. automatically creates duplicate recharges. Not able to access payment history or transaction status.. Worst! WORST APP! Already registered user.. still asking for registration. Duplicate recharge occurs.. customer care doent reply. Almost 2 weeks gone no refunds till now.

Worst app ever. Never download this crap. I recharged jio prime membership and one other offer combined and recharge has failed but money is transferred from my account. Its been more than two week and I waiting for my money. I mailed to the jio coustomer care but No Reply. They don't pick call. Jio Money app has failed to provide standard coustomer services. Jio is chor company. They forcing me to recharge my no. with 408 rs. When I already did prime recharge of rs. 99 and 303 rs. Also they stopped my outgoing calls and reduced my net speed to 5 to 10 kbps when minimum speed they mentioning in their plan is 128 kbps ... This is how they are showing their true colors. Plz don't waste your time and money with jio services.

Worst application because customer support very poor and time waste application. I was done recharge on 7th April 17 at 23:05 p:m and 23:16 p: m transaction successful but recharge not done and I didn't received my amount till. I have contact to Jio Money care and jio care many but not satisfactory resolution received.

comes to the first position in the list worst & idiot apps. most of the time the transaction fails & they are saying to give refund in 2 days which is even a biggest joke. the helpline number has a specific quality of not picking up the phone call. really a byproduct of jio.

Worst app waste of time. Unable to reset password, I had sent an email to jiomoney support team one week back still they didn't responded and I tried to reached customer care nobody unable to connect with anybody. It's waste of time to use this app. Please provide alternative to reset password.

Worst App and worst customer support. No one picked my call even after waiting for an hour.. it's has been almost a month but amount deducted for failed transaction not credited back till now. They have asked me about all my transaction details. After providing all details no refund received. More than 2 weeks have passed from providing all details but no response from there side. I'm messaging them almost everyday but not a single response received from them not on call not on mail n even not on Twitter.. worst customer support ever.. don't use this app even it's giving offers.. other wallet options and their customer service is much better than this

Worst experience. 4 times recharge failed. Balance deduced from bank account and even after 25 days still didn't get my refund. Worst part is customer care didn't receives my call and didn't reply my emails too. I want my money back...

Worst payment app. You have a very short limit on transfer i.e. 2000. Also there are surplus of charges. They charge u 4% + 15% for our own money. Use other app instead. One of the worst payment app I have ever used.

I recharged on my Jio number using this app. Money was deducted from my account but offer not done hence got jio services degraded. I complaint on customer care gave them transaction id etc., waited for 48 hrs as told, didn't receive refund or anything, now giving review as this app deserves.

Just because you so much free services doesn't mean you can provide worst service... Really got headache making payment through this wallet... Bakwas... You better stop it or improve your service

I did recharge of ₹ 300 only but ₹ 300 ×4 = ₹1200 amount gets deducted automatically towards Tatasky. Worst app ever. This type of incident Never happened with other apps.

Bad experience.. not able to login after provided all details.. tried friends login as well, no bank transfer at all. Showing transaction declined at all... I recommend don't install this app.. Making people fool..

Worst app. In JioMoney transaction shows successful still they downgrade my jio services and said transaction failed at payment gateway. No refund and no money in wallet. Bank shows transaction completed. Jio Money is looting.

Saber bekar app hai na kabhi customer care ko call lagta n na problem solve karte... Don't use this app and don't recharge through the app and high volume of call k vajah se call Nhi utha pate to ese kitne jano k problems aage kese slove hoga... So better don't recharge through the app

I haven't receive my cashback in my JIO money wallet even I had received message of successful cashback of 50 rupees. I also sent compliant on customer care service but they didn't reply. Deceptive App...

Worst service... Did transaction on 7 th April which shows successful but mobile not recharged and also fund not reversed back... No response from anyone even after escalating matter....

It's a fraud, don't use it. I rechaged with 450 in jio wallet and then paid 408 for recharge and subscription. Then they took my balance and didn't refunded it. And I also didn't received my cash back Worst app, fake app, don't install it

It doesn't let you log in. Instead of resolving the problem they just asking for details again and again. I already sent them every detail they asked on 15.4.17 at 11.29pm. But still same stereo type answer.

Very very worst app. Customer care cannot pickup the call. I have recharged the summer plan money has been detected, but recharge was not done. I have send the mail, but no use.

Unable to sign in. Always shows missing or incorrect parameters. Tried reinstalling. Same problem continues. No use in DM In Twitter or email or phone call. The most ever crap.

This is worest app.i tried to recharge Jio number for 303 twice on 07/04/2017.the amount was debited, but recharge was not done.i raised the complaint through Jio money app and through mail.till today no one phoned to me.no amount was credited into my account.irresponsibility is their Moto..Never go through any transaction with this app.my humble request.

Highly disappointed. Too many bugs in app. First it logged out without permission, then on entering password its not matching, then for forgot password they have set date of birth as an identifier which is displaying dob not available. Even after repeated mails no correspondence from there side. Is this app created by an amateur?? And now its locked. Money wallets are not meant to be secured like this. Fix this bug or else it some legal action will be taken

Really pathetic app. Almost lost my money, they try to control your money , you can't withdraw your money for 30 days, b*tch it's my money I can with take wheneva I want. Uninstalled it with 1 star rating

jio debited twice for one recharge of prime membership 4 weeks ago, no customer care number attending by any 1 upto 2 hours, even no responce for email. really a bad bad service that is from jio.

I recharge my friend jio no. On 7 April .My money debited recharge successful but still he don't get recharge and his jio service suspended. I call jio money care many times but not picks call.i am very disappointed.i hate jio money.

When I was recharged in jiomoney ,transaction is success but recharge was not done.After 25 days also they are not resolving my issue. They are not even pick the call and not replying to emails. Don't use jiomoney. Go for other good apps

Fake app don't use this app it has stolen my ₹253 still not re-funded after several complains I am know thinking of consumer court.

The company offered this 50Rs cash back offer during the Prime offer. Then suddenly everyone was pushed to Summer Surprise offer. Given that it's free till end of July, we wouldn't have a reason to use that 50rs cash back at all. We could have used paytm or ola money to recharge if it was known that we get only a voucher and not an actual cashback.

Worst app, no proper reponse from jio team. No record of failed transactions shown in jiomoney history. Recharge was done of rs 253 through jio money, transaction was failed amount was deducted from bank two times but no refund issued. Also recharged on another number with 303 transaction was successful but still summer surprise offer not activated, call CCE but they said no such record was found. Very bad service by Jio Money. We respect Jio for providing revolutionary change in telecom industry but Jio Money could be the worst.

I was attempting to recharge with 309. Recharge failed two times but money was deducted from bank. After some time i got a notification that recharge was successful. Will i get back second recharge amount
