I've used at multiple stores different times and haven't had any issues. There aren't a ton of coupons for things I purchase regularly but when there is, it's usually a really sweet deal.

Getting coupon for things I'm getting is great, but your instore deals are frustratingly slow. Even if I turn on the app as I walk through the door, I still don't get the special coupons until I'm on the sidewalk out front, with my groceries, 25 minutes later. Plus the minimum spend for coupon aren't well thought out. Say avocados are $2.49 on sale this week, but your $0.50 off coupon has a minimum $2.00 spend. And why does this app need Bluetooth on?

Started out with decent coupons but now everything seems to be but this item with that item to get a coupon so you are having to buy something you don't want to save a few cents on something you do want. Not worth the trouble. Removing it.

I kept looking for coupons in Northern Ontario, but none exist. Since I cannot use it I am uninstalling it. When it comes to Northern Ontario I will use it then.

Hit the redeem button but no Barcode to scan shows up. It's on a timer so if you exit it shows as redeemed. Took 20min in store, 2 cashiers and a manager and nobody could get it to work, they even tried on their own phones. Luckily for me they honored the deal anyway, won't be using again unless app improves.

Like the concept but only offers coupons at 3 stores in my city in Ontario. Which I do not shop at. The ones I do shop at are only listed to be used in different provinces!

Idea of the app is good, but if it doesn't work. What's the use. It can't take any barcode. None at all.

Q70%

Trid to use about 7 times .1st time scanned barcode and then never scanned barcode. App maker must go and try out in store to see if it really scan

When it works, it's great. The problem is that it doesn't work more than it does work. I had a problem with the redeem button not showing up and the store where I was using it didn't know anything about it. All they kept saying is if they didn't see the tail wag, they couldn't put the offer through. Since I had trouble in the past, I made sure it was working before going to the cash,. When it was my turn at the checkout, it wasn't there. I had to keep exiting the app and activating it again several times before it showed up. The line forming behind me was huffing and puffing. It's frustrating for this to keep happening. UPDATE... still just as wonky as it was before. Last night I had no problem accessing the redeem button, the scan showed up but it refused to scan. 2 store store employees as well as moving to another cash register and still wasn't working. The store wouldn't honour it so I walked out leaving my items behind...as usual. I'd think by now the kinks would would be worked out, but not.

I cannot click on Submit after entering the postal code. Junk.

Y70%

Is a great concept. However, most prices end in .97,.98,.99 so offers with minimum spend of $2, etc. would be more useful if $1.97. If you are reading this review, and agree, put it in your review, so they will hear us.

Q70%
by Q####:

It's a great concept and I love the deals that I get. However, the scanning of the app, the time it takes to focus on the code and having to show the cashier after each one for multiple items takes forever and creates a long line of angry customers behind me. Also the cashiers hate it when you have to use it as they are not well versed on it either

Terrible app that doesnt load or redeem. POS

Q70%
by Q####:

Tried this app 3 times now. First time the redeem button just wouldn't show up. Next two times I got to the scan screen and it just wouldn't scan. As a new couponer, I get excited about saving some money, only to be disappointed that it doesn't work at checkout. If these bugs are worked out, could be a great tool for money saving.

My first time being able to use it and the scanner won't scan the QR code at the register. Luckily the cashier just manually entered the discounts after I showed her what I was redeeming. Please make this easier.

Y70%

It won't let me click the submit button!!! Deleting it ...

Q70%
by Q####:

The app generated coupons for my preferred grocery store. I selected the applicable coupons for redemption. At checkout i clicked on redeem and...... nothing happened. Three clerks had no idea how the app was to work. In the end they just entered the coupon discounts. Good thing I only had three coupons to use.

Q70%
by Q####:

Using this app is much harder than tradition coupon clipping. You click, scan and show it to the cashier one by one. The text are small so the cashier takes time to examine. People down the line gets annoyed. Also, the act of "clipping" the coupon doesn't mean it's reserved on your behalf. Coupons you clipped can sold out. Making it unreliable source of couponing. You could be wasting your time cliping, only to find you don't have any available coupons when you arrive at the store.

Just downloaded this app. Now I understand that it may not have stores near me, but listing stores 2000 km. away from my location is not only ridiculous but useless. Maybe they thought travelling halfway across the country was what shoppers do every day to get their groceries.

Q70%
by Q####:

I would love to this app more if I could actually use it. App is useless when phone is offline and why do you need so many permissions?

Q70%
by Q####:

I work behind the register myself and downloaded this app to figure out how it works after a few customers came through and got frustrated when neither end really knows how to redeem deals. After fidgeting with it as a customer I have sorted out with the basic minimal instructions left to me as a cashier. I do know how to redeem myself now, but other cashiers need to be better versed in how it's entered. It's scary giving away deals when you think you could get into trouble for it. Just an FYI to think on.

This app worked just fine until the most recent update. I was at the till and scanned the store code. A perl error code window popped up saying there were multiple instances of something (filled the entire screen with a black message). Also same or similar coupons every time.

Seems like it has more American stores than Canadian. I submitted my request for stores. Can currently only use it for 1 store near me. Once it has more options I will use this app. No need to have an app for only 1 store - so i will keep checking back, but until then it will be deleted off my phone.
