Called support, no help. Moto 4g Android 6.0 is the device it does not work with.
App is very erratic, works good some days lousy other's days. The office phone and mobile, should ring simutaneously, rarely happens. Received call on the office phone 20 seconds later cell phone rings with same number.
It works great!!!
Due to this being a newer app, I recommend calling into the tech support group to ensure it is correctly configured.
Cox rep. told me service would expect available in February. I don't know how first reviewer made it, it doesn't connect to anything.
Apparently COX doesn't feel you pay enough for their business phone service and require you to pay monthly for a license to use this app.
If you frequently are on the move in a WiFi environment with many access points you will not be happy with this app. As your signal is handed off from one AP to another, the connection drops and the app stops working for several minutes and then reconnect, if it reconnect at all. Sometimes you have to kill the app and restart it to get it to respond. The feature set is great, just don't count on it in a large mobile environment. On cell data it is great and does not exhibit this behavior.
After purchasing from Cox, able to control calls, pull desk phone calls to mobile and back, and adjust call forwarding and find me settings. Calls from this app display my desk phone number, not my mobile! Love it!
