I reported instances of open burning of plastic waste several times using this app. On submit , it shows successfully submitted. But then I dont get any update on my complaint at all.. dont even know if these complaints get recorded somewhere. Please improve. With current government, I was expecting positive response on complaints. Update- New update is awesome. Good job.

finally i thought that there is an app that can be helpful for aam adami complaint against pollution. but no, i raised a complaint and next day app stopped working! everytim i try to open, get msg as data not available!! do you think pollution is a joke and you guys can waste our time?? at least we have decency to think about india's future unlike you assholes!!

Most of the time it gives data not available error. So not useful at all

Same story as everyone.. you can register conplaints but dont expect them to be resolved.. is it another eyewash? the app crashes after a few days of logging complaints

It asks to enable GPS. After enabling it, it still blocks you on the same page and can't through beyond the questions. Disappointed.

Does this app have a facility to register complaints. I have lodged a complaint and there is no way to check if any one has cared to look into the matter and my complaint against open burning in my area is pretty much the same

Great app and very easy to use. but what after I register a complaint?? I did not find any option to track my complaint. How to get information about what kind of action is taken by authority against the polluter? because the problem I complained about is still there.

There is no any action against on complents .It's app. Just formality. just looking red areas but related officers not want to do anything that's why Delhi is no 1 pollutant in the world

Fake app simply generates a number none will acknowledg don't waste your time...

Good enough to know latest AQI figures only

Good but my recommendations are: 1. Auto detect nearby reporting station AQI. 2. AQI should be real time. 3. Complaint section of app isn't working properly, app crashes everytime you open.

Utterly Useless app designed by pathetic developers. Have tried to register a complaint 4 times since tuesday. After filling in the details and the location when I click on Lodge complaint. It takes me to the main screen. Neither do I get a complaint ID so nor do I get a confirmation on email or mobile number and no action is taken on the complaint. Theres no complaint ID so theres no way to know the status of the complaint. Neither do I get a call, text or email from the concerned authorities which basically means my complaint has not reached its destination. You guys are just developing rubbish apps in the name of digital india. This just shows that the government is never going to make it easy for the citizens be it complaining in person or through apps like this. And before you go on to tell me I have to download the latest version let me tell you that I AM ON THE LATEST VERSION. UPDATE : So now my complaint is geeting registered and am also getting a email notification with the complaint ID. I am on the same version of the app. However no action as been taken on my complaint yet. Will increase the rating if and when my complaint gets acted upon.

I complaint about demolition activities and the complaint id was 2836 but not resolved. When I logged to see the status then app got crashed. If you cannot resolved the complaint then you should not have the option of taking complaint.

It should include small town as well as every district of the country! But this very good app for those who are interested in air pollution control!

This app has a very low security, the same day I installed I got my Y credit card forged on Google for ₹13000 without OTP or CVV. Please do Not install.

Thoroughly useless app, or to be more precise, the people behind it, because there is absolutely NO action taken on any air pollution complaints registered using this app.
