Altec Connect

The speaker won't connect without this app, won't connect with app. App crashes when turned on. You I am with everyone else. I will give it a few days then return the omnijacket ultra speaker cause it can't connect to a pixel XL.

Destroy this app or really do something with it. It could be great should you put the time and effort to make it a great app, but right now it's a piece of junk! It takes years to load my Spotify!

This app is garbage. Can't do anything with it. My Spotify is scrambled as hell. Easier just to stream it from the app. The equalizer doesn't work at all. Y'all need to go back to the drawing board on this one.

Wish volume control was easier to get to. Built in apps a useless to me. I use goolge music.

Speaker is great, but this app sucks. Only offers three music streaming services and doesn't even have two of the biggest ones, Pandora and sound cloud. Like I said I'm happy with the speaker, not so much with the app

If there was a contest for worst app ever. This one would win in a landslide. God awful, if you haven't downloaded it yet don't. And don't buy the speakers either. My Bluetooth doesn't even work. On i pad or Samsung galaxy s6.

Only reason to get this app is for equalizer settings and only the volume setting works. Bass and treble sliders do nothing. Very frustrating. Please fix!

Bogus. Doesn't help pair multiple speakers together and none of the instructions or videos have helped...

This app can't even do anything. I want to listen to my spotify music but it says its downloading and its takin far too long. I suggest u fix it or I'm going to jus delete this app n listen to spotify regularly. Was looking forward to using the eq so I can set my music how I want to listen to.

This app sucks, the equalizer doesn't even work. And what if we use Google music for our media.

This app ,I thought was supposed to be about music, freezes every time I try to use it. It may be a good app but I may never be able to try it.

App downloaded to my phone but shows speaker not supported. Very disappointing.

Super life jacket well I got the cops called on me at 12:30 am for noise complaint at the captain's quarters in South myrtle beach S.C. on the top 9th floor balcony only running Pandora with my LG V10 I'm loving mine!!!!

All I wanted out of this app was to see the battery life which it did not have. Instead it connects to 3 streaming apps and YouTube isn't one of them.

The products from Altec Lansing are only compatible with some phones. It works fine with my husband's apple iPhone and doesn't work at all with my Samsung. It won't make the connection over Bluetooth. I downloaded the app in hopes it would help, but it did not. Total waste of money on this useless speaker and waste of my time downloading this app that did nothing but take up data storage space.

Finds.mt.music now, but the only thing It does that the phone can't for on its own is connect two speakers for stereo. Still waiting for battery status information... overall a "can't delete the app fast enough to free the space" experience.

I have tried to use this app on a few different devices and it won't work on any of them. It will load my Spotify account, it just won't play. I can look at all my music it just don't play

New version is still a bit buggy, but I managed to get it to work. I like the spotify integration and the ability to EQ is nice!

TWS doesn't work with 2 mini lifejacket 3's. Just sits on a spinning circle after pairing the master speaker and clicking the connect button until the app crashes.

Junk, worked for a week. Now won't Conect to the $250 speaker. Needs a update edit: after the new update still don't work on a Samsung s7. Altec won't respond to my email or post my message on their Facebook page. Once again sub par services for a $300 speaker.

Not software advertised upon purchase...Getting different system.

The app was only halfway useful to begin with. It *did* show battery life before, but now there's no way at all to check that. Dumb. Also, the new app has pointless tools to help you play music from services that already have their own dedicated apps. You don't need a second SoundCloud or Spotify tool when these services have their own apps with far more functionality. Also dumb. All anyone needs is connection management, EQ controls, and a battery life indicator. Music apps do rest all by themselves.

This app is only good for adjusting the EQ on my Omni Jacket. Other than that, the app seems to be worthless. No battery life indicator in the app. No other features that are worth more than a 2 star rating. Improvement is needed to make it worth while.

Newest version is still terrible. The main reason I want the app is to change the equalizer and in this version it has almost no audible change no matter what equalizer setting you change. Plus they removed the 3D ambient effects. Altec, what gives??

Before it was great...was able to see the battery % and control the volume. Now it's just a Playlist thing that is complete junk. I wish i never updated it

Horrible this app before the update was amazing now its trash makes me want to return the speaker do to the up date
