'Call Watcher' helps you to watch your Call/ Message/ Data plan and its usage.
Monitors usage of Calls, Messages & Data and alerts you on the free quota usage provided by your service provider.

2. User can define the Billing cycle with the start date, and it is for a month; together with other settings.
