Worst apps ever, I been confirm on the booking and being charged, AFTER 2 HOUR I RECEIVED CALL SAYING MY BOOKING WAS FULL AND NO MORE AVAILABLE BUS!! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS? I HAVE PLANNED ALL MY SCHEDULE AND ON MY WAY TO THE BUSSTOP THEN U LET ME KNOW AFTER 2 HOURS MY BOOKING WAS FULL???

Worst and teribble.. Last minute cancellation by Catch That Bus apps.. payment had been made. Even I received confirmation email. Well prepared everything.. And receive email saying that my booking had been cancel due to no more availability. Payment refund only will be made after 3- 5 days ..

Why I can't Used In CIMB Clicks, I've tried 3 times and still can't proceed the payment... Please fix these problem... I don't have any problem before... After updated got a lot of issues

Trash. Lousy app. It doesn't show you all the stops they'll be stopping before reaching your destination. My trip was supposed to be 4hrs, now it spent me 6hrs to reach my destination! Wasted my whole day!

BEWARE OF SECURITY ISSUE WHEN USING THIS APP! This application will store your credit card details automatically without your consent. Once you install and made payment through this application, the card details will be forever stored. I purchased bus ticket using my credit card via this APP in April 2017. I have reinstalled this APP and sign in using different account in October 2016, I noticed my credit card information was ready in the purchased page. Which mean I do not need to key in my credit card details although I had uninstalled for few months and using different account. I hope management look into this issue and advise how to delete the payment details in your app.

Dua kali beli pakai credit card xde masalah tiket tros dpt. Ade baca review x pyh pakai maybank2u .igtkan ok je la . Gune maybank2u mmg masalah. Kenapa ye.. kene resolve la. Sbb yg beli tiket online nie sbb nak cepat and nk travel dlm jangka masa terdekat. Klo kene tgu lame2 tok dapatkan pengesahan tiket. Baik beli kt kaunter je. Suka apps nie .please do something about the above issues.

I paid for many trips but at the end I have to buy another ticket at the bus counter because the amount I that deducted from my account was said not paid successfully! But then I show my bank statement also screenshot showing successful status, the customer service told me it's fail and that's all! I wasted hundreds of buying nothing! And customer service was not showing any nice attitude!

Stupid aps, i pay for ticket and in 1 hour they said that my ticket was not available evenyhough they already take my money and they said will refund in 3-5 working days. The customer service only give stupid explaination and that is ticket was not available.

This apps it's rubbish,waste your money,time n etc.take so long time to refund your money,but very fast ask about payment when u looking for ticket.

Masa nak buat payment cimbclicks tgh under maintanance sbb pkul 12. Bila back to page before buat payment. Everything kena reset but i tak tahu. Dah pkul 12 lebih i terus buat payment. Date semua salah. Is there any posibilities to change the date of departure?

Apa ni sy dh bayar utk book tiket smlm, smpai harini xdpt2 lg pengesahan tiket? Pg td dpt email kata ada technical error, sy call hotline x angkat2, smpai abis credit phone, 4 kali call, 15 minit skli call, xkan semua operator xfree dlm masa 30 min, sy email brapa kali dah xde yg respon? This app is good, but the payment system is worst. Always cannot proceed the payment. Very disappointed.

Scam! They will send email telling ticket was sold out and will refund in 3 to 5 days. Now on 7th days, no money refunded yet. Please avoid this application or company.

Always stuck at the payment page.. useful but the apps is still noy convenient and fast enough due to this.

worst company, don't buy from this, I used credit card to buy and showed me failed, then it double charged me, and never admit is their mistake, not willing to do refund as well

Payment have been DONE! but i still not receive any ticket from your site!!! done call Cust service but no answer, also done sent thru Lifechat also no answer!!!! if like this situasion i want my money back!!!! Soo Complicated!

Downloaded this app to make booking to Penang with Nice coaches. All seats are shown in red as booked and no way to select. Called Nice office directly they said plenty seats available. Don't waste time.

Been having problems with the app after the latest update. Always stuck in the payment page. Had to revert to another vendor app to get the ticket.

Stuck on payment. Do something or all you customers will hop to another app.

Cannot proceed to payment. Tried many times. Dissapointed.

Dulu pakai app ni tersangatlah okey. Sekarang ni ntah kenapa dah kurang. Nak buat payment pun susah. Baca review org cakap Maybank2u problem. Sekarang ni sy pakai CIMB Clicks, problem jgk. Asyik stuck tang tu je. Pakai online app ni ingatkan boleh cepat, mudah, tak payah susah² gi kaunter. Rupenye adehhh

1.You better NOT use maybank2u to make a payment . I make a payment and it takes 2 day to get my ticket . They said no payment make but i already make a payment . They ask me to check with maybank whether i already make a payment or not . It really cause a trouble to me . 2.The location of pickup also not accurate . Please update this app .

Searching till the end of world but nothing comes out. Very bad performance

App takes forever loading and fetching journey information, terminating abruptly at the end. Have used the web version which is more responsive. Dont know what happened to the App version?

The app has a lot of delays as I make input for search. Not worth the time when you're playing around it to fetch information.

Salah sebuah apps yang teruk. Pengalaman gunakan apps ini, lebih baik berjaga_jaga. Saya beli tiket melalui apps ini, kemudian last minit tak sampai sehari sebelum perjalanan, orang Catch That Bus telefon tiket saya cancell. Satu pengalaman yang teruk menggunakan apps ini. Terpaksa pergi ke kuanter untuk membeli tiket seperti biasa dan lebih malang semua tiket habis. Apabila perkara begini terjadi, hanya menyusahkan sahaja. Jadi yang nak gunakan apps ini lebih baik berjaga-jaga.

Sudah guna untuk membeli tiket akan tetapi selalu yang berlaku pencarian tidak menepati kawasan anda hanya itu sahaja yang keluar di dada skrin....sangat22222 mengecewakan.....untuk menghilangkan tasa sakit hati pada app ini saya delete n boleh dikatakan menyusahkan sahaja pengguna2 d luar sana....terima kasih
