This app is fine until you forget your password. After you get sent a temp pw to sign in. You are prompted to put in your old pw before making a new one. If you knew your old password, you wouldn't be in this situation. Not helpful.

This app keeps crashing, not loading anything at all. Then just says an error occurred. I need this app for work, why does my Instagram load every single time but the only important app crashes?

This app is ridiculous. If I try and open it in twice within a couple hours, it says 'no connection.' So I have to force stop the app and reopen it. And right now, I can't look at my schedule at all. Every single time I open the app, it's a blank screen and then 'error: get notification settings' pops up. I tried pressing close, it pops up again. This is a regular occurance. I want to pull my hair out when using this app.

I wish the app showed my co workers sections and who works each day to make it easier to message specific people about picking up shifts instead of only seeing the people working my same shift. I also would like to see the option to pick up available shifts on my schedule instead of a list of random days.

Kind of difficult to figure out how to use

I only have this app cause my boss told me I had to get it for my schedule. It is constantly screwing up. I don't get my messages from coworkers until it's too late, my schedule isn't posted till the day before it starts, and one week my whole schedule disappeared halfway through the week. The only good thing is the convenience, when it is working properly.
