Screen is empty and all of my movies were gone. Please fix it immediately.

Cant download if you didnt have wifi? What if i am using data plan. Very few movies to choose from.. Disappointed.. :(

Please add more child-friendly options from Sony Pictures movies (such as "Cloudy with a chance of meatballs" or "The Smurfs") my kids used this app a lot to watch The Amazing Spiderman and Karate Kid, but it would be so nice to watch an animated movie with this great Xperia HD resolution ❤❤❤

I am facing downloading issues with this app...shows a constant error and download is paused..I have a stable net connection but still not able to download a single movie..

Since you allow customers who live in some non-native english countries to download your movies, would it be better or more considerate to provide a subtitle function?

Why i cant play my downloaded movies?

Used to work fine and previous update allowed me to install movies onto SD card and play from there, but latest update doesn't work at all!! Before clearing the cache it would just display a blank screen as if starting to play, and then crash back to the browse screen, after clearing the cache, now all the content has disappeared. Installed Privilege Plus as advised by Sony BEFORE the deadline but that's also useless. It recognises I have the movies on my account, but insists on me downloading them again (all 7+ GB). Even over WiFi with my 60Mb Fibre internet, it would still take around 1-2 hours per movie to download due to Sony's snail-like servers. Useless response from Sony support advised me it should recognise the downloads from this app if using version 2 or 3, but only version 1 available for my handset, therefore back to square one. SONY PLEASE MAKE OLDER VERSIONS OF THIS APP AVAILABLE!!

I'm not able to login.

The only time when i wanted to watch a movie. When I was on a plane, it can't play any movie because it isn't connected to any server. Useless!

When will you guys fix the issue,it's been there for a week

All my previous movies are gone, just a black screen... can't login or logout, showing only the privilege movies title bar on the top of screen...

Since recent update stopped working. Blank screen with menu with no option working. Does not show existing videos nor allow play nor allow delete to redownload movies.It was working great before the update. Please help.

I would like to give 5 stars but 1. The latest update says you can save to sd card. But please add option move to sd card for movies already downloaded before December update.. 2. Why can't we locate the downloaded files.. Atleast we can enjoy it in my home theatre.. 3.As a premium user you should give more offers and new movies.. Only small collection of movies... This is the reason I couldn't give 5 stars... Movie clarity HD Smooth playback...

I'm truly disappointed that I am not able to throw these movies to my 2 year old Bravia without NFC. Please add this option. And feel free to add in Chromecast while you're at it :)

It's always nice to get free stuff but I still can't watch my movies yet. Please have the option to download via cellular network without resorting to workarounds. I have so much data but I can't use them and I have no wifi. You guys can turn it off by default and throw in as much warnings as you would want but please give us the option to download via cellular network.

Why force me to download via WiFi when my data is faster than my WiFi? Warning is good, but only able download via WiFi is sucks! Please resolve this setting or else my free credit = useless

Every time I try to open the app, there is an error message. This app is totally unusable for Xperia tablet Z (WiFi) 32Gbps. Please try to fix this as soon as possible.

Highly immature gesture on part of SONY to make it mandatory to download only through WiFi. But WHY?? ~~ as far as I am connected to net, it SHOULD BE WORKING. A connection should be the requirement, not WIFI. Hope you will take note and tweak your app. And hope you will do it immediately, else my deadline of march 2014 will expire. Huh.

After update my xperia z1 to kitkat, it keep showing "SD card was removed during download". Google have serious brain damage on putting so many restriction on their "open" OS
