A Voice-Driven Car Dashboard that Doesn't Require a Mount
A simple, non-distracting, interface allows you to keep your hands on the wheel and your eyes on the road. You can wake up the app to accept a command by simply saying a trigger phrase such as "Hello Android", or you can use the large, driver-friendly, buttons.
Text and Drive Hands-Free
Choose how you want to handle incoming messages while driving. You can send an automatic reply or have the app read out your messages and give you a chance to respond by voice. You can also compose a new message at any time, send to multiple contacts, and access and reply to old messages. The app supports your cellular provider's SMS/MMS service, and provides optional add-ons for Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Hangouts, and Twitter.
No Need To Worry About Speech Recognition Accuracy
No speech recognition system is perfect. When texting and driving, if mistakes are made when dictating a SMS/MMS message, the app can send an audio attachment of your speech along with the text. If the receiver isn't sure what you said, then the audio can simply be played.
Hands-Free Phone Calls
Choose how you want to handle incoming calls. You can ignore them so you're not disturbed, send an automatic text message reply, or announce the call and optionally answer. You can also place an outgoing call using a simple voice command. Calls will automatically use your vehicle's Bluetooth system or the phone's speakerphone.
Hands-Free Navigation
Simply say something like "Navigate to Walmart", and the app will send your destination to your navigation app, which will start navigation automatically. Supports Google Maps, Waze, VZ Navigator, and others.
Music and Media Player Control
Use voice commands, large buttons, and simple swipe gestures to control music and media players such as Pandora, Spotify, iHeartRadio, Google Play Music, and many more. If supported by your player, you can even use voice searches. For example, say "Play Michael Jackson" to hear a classic song from the King of Pop.
When a new text message or phone call arrives, the app will automatically pause playback, allow you to handle the message or call, and then automatically resume when you're done.
Kindle and Audible Books
Because the app links to the Amazon Alexa voice service (just like the Amazon Echo line of devices), you can have any book in your Kindle or Audible library read out to you - even Kindle books with no matching audio book.
News, Weather, Sports, and Traffic
Get a summary of current news stories (which you can customize by category and news source), learn how your favorite sports teams are doing, get weather forecasts, and check on your commute.

A new split-screen mode provides added safety and convenience by letting you run another app in parallel. For example, you can let Ultimate Driving Mode handle your calls and messages without disrupting navigation in Google Maps.
Split-screen mode requires Android 7 (Nougat). It will be triggered automatically when you use a navigation command or press your phone's home or recent apps button. It can be turned off at any time in the Miscellaneous section of the settings.

I cannot stress how good this is. I'm a tech freak and it's simplicity is astounding. I had an issue with my car not connecting to Bluetooth because my watch was already connected for calls. I downloaded tasker etc went thru convoluted set up and got that to work. This app.. Car starts I'm connected on 1 second. It's just a must buy.. So impressed. Does everything so well

Very clear and easy to use app. I like it a lot...but Ive just paid for add ons to find out that im not able to ever send the 1st message to someone on whatsapp or FB messenger due to app restrictions..i can only reply to a message if someone sends me one 1st..is this correct ? im in for a long wait with over 200 contacts contacting me 1st whilst im driving ? This is no mention nor made clear before someone buys the add ons. Theres no mention of that on your forum either..only that you can use whatsapp once you add on..so ive registared in the hope of finding more information..30 minutes later ive still not got an email so i cant log in as yet. How do i turn whatsapp and FB messenger restrictions off to enable me to send the 1st message to someone ?

Music playback not working. Opened spotify, press play. Start up udm, ask android to play artist and it eventually tells you that Spotify does not understand the request and nothing happens.

It's one of the only apps that work like Cortana. However, it pops up and says listening every minute on my commute interrupting my streaming. For a hands free app I had to touch my phone over 20 times to hit cancel as start iheart again

I have to say "hello android" or the command tons of times just to get the voice command to work. It doesn't work with amazon music. I've use the developers suggestion to other user & it doesn't work. When it does work it takes forever for the command to be done & there is no sign that the command is processing. I really wanted to like this but it is a big fail.

When in car, hello android doesn't work...can't change default Nav to waze even after following instructions, when playing music and using Nav no way to get back to the other seamlessly. Had to uninstall.

Works ok but it can't multitask! ie. I can't play Spotify in the background and have my Sat nav running in the foreground???. Plus I don't always use Google maps I use waze but can't swap default.?.

I use Amazon music almost exclusively in my car, and according to this app, it "isn't supported " - which seems strange, since it's the 1st music option offered? It also doesn't have many customization options.

I might be doing something wrong, but I can't get it to use labels when navigating. It is however still a very useful app.
