This session is easy for me to follow, even with my beginner skill set and my lack of flexibility. I'm still in my first trimester, but since starting I've noticed less morning sickness and fatigue. This plug in runs great, no bugs or lag.

Garbage. I downloaded the main app and have no access to any new content with prenatal plug in. Also no programs are available just photos and description of poses. Two for pregnancy which are not special they're simple foundational yoga poses.
