This freaken app doesn't even have a gallery of your cars in it... Fix it, not user friendly and it's pretty much pointlesz... I really would like to avoid going to the dealership

Was working fine till recently, just randomly started crashing in the background and can't launch it.

Crashes all the time. Terrible advert for Mercedes. But need it if a warning light goes on. To fix the android crashing do 1 Settings/Apps/Downloaded 2 find "Guides" and open 3 Click "Clear cache" and "clear data" (you need to do both). 4 Close, restart phone.

Can't find anything on the A170 2007 model anywhere :( please think of us who can't afford the new models

Pointless for me, and no way to tell it would be. Tells you it covers the CLS, but not that it only covers the 2014 version onwards, and mine is the previous model.

It would be ok if it didn't keep stopping. Has not improved since my last review - so, minus another star!!!

I am getting the C200 2.0L SE Executive, and you cannot check out specific models, and there is not much videos on the C200, just the C300 only. Also I'd like to see the E300 on the Motability scheme in 3 years time please.

E class models only from year 2016 and 2017.

No older models only 2015 and forwards

Only works for current models. Not for old classics.

I love the video on "E-Class history", please do a "C-Class history" video to flank that of the E-Class and S-Class videos

Please update about new cars.

As the title says, I've downloaded this app on more than 1 device, and it worked perfectly the first time I opened it. Then after that, on both devices, the app crashes in the background with the message "Guides has stopped working". This is quite insulting to a brand like Mercedes-Benz as I use this app for work purposes. How else am I going to give customers information on their cars if the official app won't even open. Very disappointed. 1/5

Works fine if you know how Technology Works. If u have any issues with any apps just clear the cache and data for the app. If u don't know how to do it then Google It. But Mercedes as a Brand and how it's marketing on this app has shown us is brilliant.

My pre facelift manual as gone render this app unusable for me. My car has 5 years and don't have support in app. "The best or nothing" in this case the nothing part was very sad

No guide for my 2014 CLS AMG (pre facelift). Amazing that when you spend 100k on a car you can't even get support for it in the Manufacturers app.

Just like the manual you get with you car, it's not made easy. You don't get different manuals for different models within the class. You see something in the manual, check online which is no use, and it's not in your model. Why, with all mercedes cash, can't they write at c class 220 manual. A c class 200d manual. It's lazy and cheap and causes the customer confusion. And as for the app- well no words can describe how crap it is. It's an embarrassment mercedes. Get it sorted.

Developers of the app should have been honest and specific on manuals that are available for download. You just wasted my time and data.

before I update my device to android 6.0.1 this application was very helpful for my translation works. but now since my device was upgraded to android 6.0.1 this application can't be opened anymore, could you guys please fix this issue? Thank you.
