No mention of needing root.. isn't compatible for phones and android versions that it is listed to work with. Google needs to remove garbage apps like this

Does it need root access? Also, would rather not have to use static settings for all TCP/IP (address, gateway, net mask) and it's a bother to have to set them manually whenever switching networks.

This fixed a very annoying Wi-Fi problem with my G2X where sometimes I could not connect to a network and had to reboot the phone. LG Sux. LG G2X with Weapon G2X New Clip.

Simply reports cannot get device settings on archos 80, maybe it needs root on ics

It was working with my HTC Desire HD, but it doesnt work with my htc one.

I use opendns to do URL filtering. I switch the DNS on the phone to bypass the filtering. Did not work. I'm on 4.4.2

Just does what it says. Fixed issue created by 'Set DNS' which screwed up my wifi connection!!

I wish I could make some DNS "bookmarks", for example I would make one called "Google DNS" with the servers 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, so I could switch even faster, without having to remember all those numbers. (I realise that Google's numbers are easy to remember, but many are not, and several that I need are pretty hard to remember.) If you won't make it possible to make several "bookmarks" like this, please at least make it possible to re-use the custom DNS-servers used last time.

i tried to use it to access fb but it didn't work :(

After i unlocked bootloader it gives an error like " cannot access device settings". Before it was working just perfectly. What should i do?

Did exactly what was stated.. I was having painfully slow "google play store" loads over wireless.. (sometimes up to 2 min) . I tried everything (for days :-( No joy ) Installed the app as a last resort and bingo! load times are now 3 seconds!!!!!!! HIGHLY recommended !!!!

use this app with ipcongfig app. it rocks even on my one core alcatel.

These app is wonderful. My home it admin blocked access to youtube and facebook using open dns. I was able to use google dns instead. These app i recommed to anyone
