الصحة النفسية لحياة أفضل

الصحة النفسية ليست مجرّد غياب الاضطرابات النفسية، بل هي حالة من العافية يستطيع فيها كل فرد إدراك إمكاناته الخاصة والتكيّف مع حالات التوتّر العادية والعمل بشكل منتج ومفيد والإسهام في مجتمعه المحلي.
والجدير بالذكر أنّ الصحة النفسية جزء أساسي لا يتجزّأ من الصحة. وفي هذا الصدد ينص دستور منظمة الصحة العالمية على أنّ "الصحة هي حالة من اكتمال السلامة بدنياً وعقلياً واجتماعياً، لا مجرّد انعدام المرض أو العجز". ومن أهمّ آثار هذا التعريف أنّ شرح الصحة النفسية يتجاوز مفهوم انعدام الاضطرابات أو حالات العجز النفسية.
والصحة النفسية عبارة عن حالة من العافية يمكن فيها للفرد تكريس قدراته الخاصة والتكيّف مع أنواع الإجهاد العادية والعمل بتفان وفعالية والإسهام في مجتمعه. وتمثّل الصحة النفسية، حسب هذا التعريف الإيجابي، الأساس اللازم لضمان العافية للفرد وتمكين المجتمع من تأدية وظائفه بشكل فعال. Mental health is not just the absence of mental disorders, it is a state of well-being in which every individual realize its potential for adaptation to the normal tensions and work productively and useful and contribute to the local community can.
   It is worth noting that mental health is an essential part and parcel of health. In this regard, the WHO Constitution states that "health is a state of complete physical, mental and social, not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." One of the main effects of this definition to explain the concept of mental health beyond the absence of disturbances or mental disability.
   Mental Health is a state of well-being in which the individual to devote his own abilities and adapt to regular types of stress and work with dedication and effectiveness and contribute to society. The mental health, this positive sense, the necessary foundation to ensure the well-being of the individual and society to enable it to perform its functions effectively.
