Many of the drivers are reckless and absolutely lack good customer service skills. Several times requested a car that takes debit. Received car that takes debit once. Other times drivers threw a fit and argued that I needed to figure something out once arriving at my location despite my having asked prior to entering the car if I could use my card to pay.

This thing came in handy tonight. On a busy Thanksgiving night when no cabs were available. Both to and from my destination, I was able to get a cab that came right on time!
