Of all the bad reviews on here installation etc before installing turn phone off completely then restart. this app is brilliant well worth using and with credit card payment as well, no more getting in the car finding the driver refusing payment. Brilliant service from the biggest cab company in the southeast, and what's more the admin staff are brilliant and very helpful. I recommend this company and app go for it.

Quick pick ups and drivers always take quickest routes. Been using the service for about 7 years and love the new app feature of paying by card. Even with the small charge they're cheaper than when I've taken the same trip with Uber (when I haven't had cash in the past). Now I can always get a great service for a lower price!

It does not allow for data privacy. The menu does not work for Android. The taxi tracking is unreliable. It does not always work. The arrival time estimate is also flawed... a car cannot be five minutes away for ten minutes. Distance to destination is different from five minutes to arrival.

Don't try to work for this company !!! They are absoletely scam company,gang of swindlers. First they will take from you £200 on the start and will hold your documents,even you are self-employed and you drive your own car. They will promise you that will give you a quality job to Airports,but actualy you will receive from them only 5 £ rubish job. They have no cancelation fees,so if you drive 15-20 minutes to customer's address you will be paid nothing. Secondly their staff is very rough,rude and vulgar.

Always takes ages for a cab, even though they give you a time it'll be there... Cab was due 10 mins ago and still saying hasn't been dispatched... Other cab firms in area are much quicker

Don't waste your time booking a cab every when you booked an hour before you leave they still don't show up. (worst taxi service ever)

Too much automation for me, get all these messages that cars outside, it isn't, get sent another message to say its left then it turns up? I call out to the driver and he signals me then drives off down the road???

Worst experience. No signal on mobile and then got a voicemail calling me a tosser? Sorry Data Cabs but this is not the service i expect. DO NOT USE THIS MINICAB SERVICE

Bunch of scammers. Quoted me £50 to go to Stanstead from abbeywood (hours drive). Got there and driver tells me £68 quid! They charged me 10 quid extra for dartford crossing even though it's on £2.50 and an extra charge of £8 just to drive into drop off at Stansted. Robbing scum bags. no wonder people use uber

I selected 13:50 time and app booked my Cab for 8:50am. I had to cancel the booking. Now I am booking using web. Badly designed and developed app. I am sure it is going to effect Data cars business negatively.

You meed to add prices for cabs to destinations so customers know whay they are paying for and not feel loke your getting taking advantage of

Awful. The old app was very easy to use. The new one doesn't even recognise Euston!

Doesn't recognise "Euston Train Station", "Euston Station" or the postcode to Euston Station.....?! Wont let you book the full journey to get the estimated fare. Wont let you change your details to show your full name, it only shows your "user name"?! It might have the slightly similar look of Uber, but it is certainly not as user friendly!

Amazing the app is really quick and easy as well

It use to let you pick destination and approx cost... This new app don't allow you to do that...

I cannot add a credit card because there is no card type to chose from. When installed on a new device it has to be activated with a text message. Why I cannot just enter my user name and password? Or even better - use my Google account like Uber? It does not give you the quote before you book, not even a range. Child car seat has to be booked 3 hours in advance...

i love the app but id like to see a way of pricing my journey b4 booking without calling and saying where im going while booking overall good app but needs some tweeks and id give 5 star's if that was added

Was quoted approx £13.50 on website for a 45 minute journey to King's Cross. Then charged double £27.00 with no explanation. The app itself has many features still disabled (eg. the 'tour' of features has ''rate your driver" that I wish existed), the ones that work like tracking is very useful. However given the pricing anomaly I would only rely on face to face quotes with the driver before the journey from now on.

So crashes when you change the time to book a cab on htc one m8. Also no estimated prices since update

Totally new interface which now allows users to register preferred debit cards so that payment can be automatically taken in the same way as I do with the black cab apps for Hallo and GetTaxi. Have lost the ability to store favourite locations though. Data Cars prices seem better than local rivals Abba Dart.

....work properly, cannot work out my address and keeps on telling me I am somewhere up North!! Uninstalled the update is usless if it does not work
