Magzter: All Digital Magazines

After few weeks, again i have "unable to download" error. This service is extremely bad. Hi. I am unable to download any magazine after the latest update. I am a magzter gold subscriber. Please help. Thank you. Update - Pathetic app. Cannot read or download any magazine. Please let me know the process to get a refund. I have already written to magzter help. Is there any resolution to the problem ? This magazine agency seems like a fraud.

For the sheer amount of content available, Magzter is hard to beat. However, the actual content delivery disappoints. Magazines get marked for download, but only download when the app is on screen. Then too, the download of the magazine to my device is too slow and erratic - This is very annoying and it distracts from the experience. So even though I have a Gold subscription, I use this app very little on mobile and iPad. Magzter works so well on the laptop, I wonder why it doesn't do so well on mobile. The top-layer curation and content discovery too is an unnecessary layer and a distraction. I would much rather prefer to turn that off and get to my favorites magazines in fewer taps. Thanks.

I paid 1000 bugs and became a gold member. But the App is full of bugs. I cant even download the magazine to my device. Even though I have good internet connectivity, when I click download it's stays with that "waiting to download" message for hours. Irritating experience when we search for something important.

I have paid for magzter gold by paying 999 Rs and not able to read. Inspite of paying full payment I am getting subscribe for 399 or take trial. Written to help@magzter and they have asked for payment clarification. Not able to understand that how an app on Google play store bought not get updated to the Vendor and where is the gap. Kindly rectify if the service exists or refund in case you are not able to fix it. Still have hope in the cofounders to resolve this issue and negativity amongst users.Regards Gaurav

Hate it because in the free version I could read only some news. Even for the 30 day free trial I have to give my credit card details....!? Not acceptable. Uninstalling.

This app is bad enough for me to write my first review on Google play.. purchased 30 day trial and still can't view any magazines, pop up for app subscription comes up, click on it, error you already own this...literally unusable in its current state.

After paying money books are not downloading even at 10 mbps wifi connectiom. Its really worthless app causing inconvenience to the public I am approaching legal to retrieve my money

Just downloaded...was looking forward to trying the gold membership, but the app doesn't recognize that I already have the free trial. It wants be to "try" on every page or pay to look at them...

The magazines are not downloading properly,not at all, I have to restart it each and every time to start the downloading.The download comes to a halt after few seconds.This needs to improve if we want to read the articles,contents or magazines offline by downloading it.

Avoid! It's a fraudulent app. It registered me then took my money and now doesn't recognise my login. I will be claiming the money back from Google then get the app taken off the store!

says I have no internet connection, which I do, I can't advance beyond this point. No other options. Web browser version only loads page your on so is useless as you can't download and view or read off line.

Only thing keeping me from giving 5 star is dat if u want to give 30days free trial why can't u just allow us to read magazines through email registering..Why I Hv to give imp details of my card or other accounts..Pls fix it..

Poor, I just subscribed as gold member still it is asking me to subscribe and I am not able to view content. I have not seen such a pathetic app on Play.

The payment is complex and is designed make a fool out of you. Loved the app but too expensive and not at all transparent when it comes to pricing

Content is mostly international, but for the price, the title selections are great. One thing missing is an already read indicator, which would really help with managing the reading library.

Not happy was enticed into trying for a 30 day free trial and when I agreed was charged immediately!! I want a refund please as I did not a agree to pay I only agreed to a free trial for 30 days!

I feel i have been cheated. Paid for the GOLD offer at Rs 999 but whatever i want to read is not free!!! So what did i just pay for???? Pls refund my money!!!

Have paid for 1 year subscription for tinkle but till date not even a single issue i have been able to download without paying again for it. Then what is the use of the yearly subscription

Completed the purchase but the App stubbornly won't recognize the subscription and thus access to paid content. Good way to NOT receive new subscribers.

Don't use this app. Today I purchased an old version of a magazine but I could only download the latest bad luck. please uninstall it's fraud

The magazine download issue that many complained about is still not resolved, apparently. Developers aren't back from their Easter holidays yet?

I love the Magzter app...its got all my favourite magazines...the best part is, it allows me to share my favorite page of the magazine, articles or news on Whatsapp, FB etc

They have not asked for renewing the subscription. Charged heavily when I could see subscription offer for 999 they have charged for 3800 odd which is kind of looting.

The app view auto sorts magazines based on last view. Its convenient to view based on magazine issue dates, rather than download or last view dates. The web view is more convenient in this aspect. Hopefully, the app will see better view in coming days.

Keeps crashing and closing the app. Very bad experience after buying a number of magazines, which I can no longer access.

Too slow and the interface is not good enough. My money is just wasted.

My mom bought the gold subscription for four. She sent me the email from you guys which has a confirmation link. Now, when I click on that link, it just opens the app and I'm still a guest. SOLVE.

I paid to become gold subscriber and now I can not download any magazines. Feels cheated.

It's a handy app to have when I just want to chill and read a few articles.

Too bad app... First there were login issues, then I subscribed starting the trial period, but while google store kept showing as already subscribed, the app always showed that I need tp subscribe. Tried reinstalling, but no use. Cancelled subscription & uninstalled. Thank God, I didn't pay a buck.

Abusive and intrusive notifications. Magazine viewer is poor on mobile phones.

Search option and user interface needs to improve .Else a good option to have some many magazine at one place.
