Food Delivery by DoorDash

My first time trying Door Dash and I really like it. My driver delivered my food within 30 mins. Driver was very professional. The only issues I have is when food arrived it was cold but I guess it's not a big issue. Food can always be warmed up. And also for some of the restaurants they have it's not the full menu only half the menu. But overall I am pleased and i will use door dash several times in the future.

I was excited to order because one of the restaurants I chose said "try free" when I checked out and it gave me a summary of my order it did show the delivery fee as "FREE" However, when I received the confirmation email with my receipt, it still charged me $6.99 for the delivery fee. This is very unethical and deceiving. I wonder how many others were charged a delivery fee when it was supposed to be "FREE." Just seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I'm done with DoorDash. Absolutely incompetent. The tracking almost never updates the driver location. Deliveries are CONSTANTLY late by at least 20 minutes. Most orders end up having the Dasher call me to tell me something isn't available at pickup or they show up with only part of my order. Items have been wrong more than once. I could have gone myself, ordered and returned faster than almost every order.

worst customer service ever. I was overcharged, wrote in about it, and not only did they not fix it, they couldn't even correctly quote me the number I paid. how can you keep arguing when they can't even figure it the right numbers?? crazy. this is a company that will disappear fast.

Took over 2 hours on my first order. This was after they amended the arrival times at 3 different points. Michael A. was very helpful in CS, but it wasn't a great service.

Great thing about GPS is that you can stare at a driver driving around in circles completely confused and making multiple deliveries half way across town all the while your food is sitting in their car. Driver had our food for 40 minutes after pickup and was still driving in circles in the middle of town. I don't want cold food. Customer service claims the driver knows when the food goes cold. I ask to cancel the order and they offer me door dash credit! Will apply a CC charge back. Ridiculous! Never again! PS. They also inflate all menu item prices and claim a lower delivery fee (don't believe me? Check the menu prices via restaurant). If you want cold food at high delivery prices, then use this app!

Our Dasher told us that she thought the restaurant we ordered from put a food that I am allergic to in our order. Well they didn't but her concern and the fact that she got on to them for doing it really shows the quality of service that they give

It's 10:12 on a Friday evening and Doordash is closed....really?? This should be your peak activity period. Significantly unimpressed, and your drivers don't read instructions and hey, what's up with the compulsory tipping??? It's not my responsibility to pay your drivers; tipping should be optional for above average/exceptional service not a mandatory 15% service charge in addition to the delivery fee & the service fee and tax all separate from the actual bill....apart from all that good job though! SMH.

So I loved this app untill today. Normally it's flawless and the customer service was amazing but during my last 3 orders it's fallen off a cliff. Every time iv ordered my food is delivered an hr after it was supposed to get there or just doesn't show up, today though I ordered something for lunch since I am unable to leave my job to get food and when my driver got to the place they told him they no longer have what I ordered and this is nothing against the driver he went above and beyond to try and help me but the company itself did not. They called me 30 mins after it was supposed to be dropped off (which was placed an hr before this) to tell me I had to reorder it and wait ANOTHER HOUR! Come on doordash I really tried to hold out and see if this was just a one time thing but since it's happened 3 times I will be uninstalling and this app after I get my food today. DO NOT recommend unless you have hours to waste!!

I just used door dash for the first time and I am so happy. I'm vegan so there are plenty of days when I just don't feel like making the perfect meal from scratch or simply don't have the time to go pick food up across town. I was so happy to see literally tempura and chili garlic weekend delivered to me door. Still so hot I couldn't eat them! I will be using this app regularly now. Mechanics of the app are fine. I would love to be able to favorite a restaurant and have a list of the ones I love. But for now I am full and happy.

I just ordered seems very easy and simple. Have yet to receive order so waiting for that, have been let down by post mates already.

This is such a great service. It's a life saver when I'm sick or working late and I want the family to have a good meal (my family's cooking sucks; don't tell them I said that!) All the deliveries have been quick and professional. Not all the restaurants are great but there's a huge variety, and I love that we can get food from those hard to get into good places without leaving home.

The places I can order food from are great the times are a little long but I would spend more time going there and coming back with this i can do things at home and when the food arrive eat and enjoy ...

Its a great app I love it its easy and convinient I've been feeling a little ill and been wanting to go get something to eat but I discovered this app and it makes it so much easier for me when Im in conditions like this

Only had one problem with a resurant not taking orders, so far. Gave me my money back the next day. Only wish the had the prices for when restaurants have special going one.

Seems functional, but it makes no sense that you can't sort restaurants by closest first. Would really like to see who I can order from fastest in my area

Doordash has way more options than GrubHub, and 3 4 5 rather than % makes it a bit easier on those nice orders. Compared to GrubHub the service charge is about half on most restaurants

Be careful...Doordash hides a 1% service fee on top of the delivery fee so you are spending way more than the $3.99 delivery. Big scam

I've been using door dash for over a year and love it. Did not give 5 star because there are not a lot of food choices in my general area to choose from

Service is great, use it all the time. Only ever had 1 messed up order

I love the convenience after I've ran the street all day my kids can order something to eat and I don't have to make that stop

Does not handlebar address numbers very well and don't even try to remove and address entered. There is no support to connect to. Cute but needs work.

I live pretty far out west. I have not found another app that has this kind of food selections.

I like this & love the idea. The only problem I had was that it wouldn't accept the promo code I got in the mail for $5 bucks.

I really like this app I find it has a great selection of food to choose from and not only that it makes u tip I know some people wouldn't like that but I also know this is someone's job and its important to tip your waitress and waiter so why not the driver too. Love it!

What's the point of having a "cancel order" button when it doesn't even work? I tried to cancel due to a mistake literally less than a minute after paying and it won't let me.

This app CONSTANTLY crashes. It won't even load to pull up restaurants. I've been complaining and sending feedback, but they never fix the bugs.

Doesn't work, won't load my account, keeps asking me to accept terms after I have accepted several times, and can't ever find my location.

My first delivery the food was wrong I gave them a second chance delivery was late food was soggy and cold never again very horrible experience

This is my first time using this app. It was a horrible horrible experience. I never got my food. My dasher had trouble with the transaction. Either my Dasher and I could reach support for help. I am so fed up! Will never do this again. All I want from them is a FULL refund of my money. Very unprofessional! To add to the problems I've had. I can't event deactivate my account. Smh. Don't try door dash. Just don't do it!

Trying to create my account my it says my address and my moms address are incorrect and it can't be found. I don't really understand what is going on. What it want from me!

First order, 1.5 hours later i find out the driver isn't even on the way to the restaurant. Don't bother, there are better services.

I don't know if you guys can Do this out if the state? I haven't checked but I hope so
