Ceiling Fan Remote

This app probably wasn't even designed to run my fan. I got a Lakewood upright fan for free without a remote, and I didn't even know that my Android phone had an IR remote function built-in, until I searched online for a replacement remote and ended up finding this app. The buttons on this app don't work exactly as intended for my fan, but it does manage to turn the fan on and off using the high-speed button and the off button, and that's good enough for me. I'm glad I found it.

Bought a Honeywell Quietset tower fan from Walmart for $40 a couple years ago. The power button quit working on the fan itself a short time after I bought it. Thankfully it came with a remote to power it on. I brought it to work on a real hot day and forgot the remote that came with the fan

Best IR fan control app so far. No ability to change settings, but works where others don't (not perfectly, but at least it works) - specifically Lasko electric fans. Some controls mismapped, as mentioned, but easy to adjust to. Not heavy-handed with ads, & needs no scary permissions.

Is this a joke app? How would a universal remote app work without manufacturer codes?

No setup, screen with high medium low fan. Light on off. Nice screen, that's about all, don't waste your time. Uninstalling after this post.

Eurolux ceiling fan remote, looks exactly like the real thing. Only settings tab do not open but all the buttons are working

I can't figure out how to set it up. It's not making my fan work, but there is no guide.

It won't work on a Hampton Bay. The settings does not open when chosen.

The infrared isn't indicated at all, other universal remote app able to indicates infared when press.

Didn't do anything and even froze up my phone. Had to remove battery to restart.

Have a Hampton bay fan and it doesn't work for it

First its working with my Panasonic ceiling fan. After i format my phone and download it back, now its not working like first time downloaded. Need to fix this.

Works on Elmark.. But each buttons was not as it meant. For example, low is off.. While off is high speed

Work great on Maspion Fan despite of wrong button label. It can switch power/speed, timer, swing, and wind/breeze. Thanks developer, well done!
