Cannot take photos to upload on Note 8. Update is needed asap

This is what you've been working in and hyping on your website for the past few months? Dudes....

Hoping you will release an update with more features. This doesn't even show dealer's written descriptions. I liked the old version much better!

I always do a great job at taking pictures and I decide to delete one I dislike and the app crashes! That's total crap!

Use to work fine for us. Now doesn't let you login. Mobile site is even worst to upload. Customer for 10 years. Have to cancel now

If you compare this with the iOS version of the app, it is insulting. It crashes constantly, often upon opening. It will not upload pictures, the primary reason my employer asked me to download the app. The interface not only looks like the work of a child, it is nothing like the iOS version which looks and functions perfectly. I am uninstalling, as I would rather just use the DCS website, even from my phone.

Crashes often, won't let me assign leads on my phone. Often locks up and won't accept any changes. Vehicle uploads are unreliable to the point where I quit using the app to upload photos. Call to customer service yielded no results other than to blame the Galaxy S5.

Bad pictures

Never wants to load pictures, moves slow, and freezes a lot. Love dealercar search been with them for years but this app is horrible!

I have to photo cars 3 or 4 times each, and vin decoder never works

Camera needs to use phones camera, that way it has the ability to focu, flash and most of the time just a better app. and or should have a photo picker so you can pick photos that were taken with aa better camera app than the one that is integrated into this app. The program is slow. Should be able to have some default preferences i. e. I shouldn't have to type the phone numer everytime I load a car. Would be nice to just select an option not have to select and then have to also hit select. App crashes. No

Trying to add photos from my phone and the app just keep crashing everytime I go to photos tab and try to upload. Also hit view on Internet and it just tries to connect constantly. Had to restart phone to try again and got same results. I would blame my connection but I'm connected to wifi.

I've been using this for several years. Occasionally my pictures for a single car may not load. I'd like to have an easier way to clean out old pictures. Very easy to use otherwise.

I thought it was my phone. No it was the app crashing. Right in the middle of me trying to learn how to do my new job. How embarrassing.

Needs to show customer leads and credit apps.

Can not use the app to add vehicles to my website. All options are numbers. Have to go to desktop to enter car and add pictures with phone. Pre selected options off scan almost always need to be changed. It used to work great.

Very poor. Needs to be fixed for android. Vin decoder doesn't work properly. Inventory tabs are numbers instead of words. Picture taking is horrible. Please fix. IPhone app is way better.

Update fouled everything up. Please fix!!! I really liked app when it worked.

New customer and pic loader is crap. Now it says upgrade but there are no upgrades.

Why would they release this app when it doesnt work. I have a htc incredible and you cant put all the infor in half the time without having to redo it twice and you cant upload the photos at all. They come out as a blue screen. WASTE OF TIME matt

Works good WHEN and IF it works. Fix the freezing and force close and it would be great.

Lets you do it all acc list picture video makes my job 100% easier ine wish if it could automaticly pull the next stock number from frazer

DroidX crashes every couple of scans. IT not helpful and very dismissive.

No evo

Wont scan vin and does wat to many force closes. App for iPhone works great!

I can't get the vin scanner to work, anyone else have this prob?
