Useless app.... They can't deliver near by area but they will deliver above 25kms

Add International city Phase 2 in your area selection section.... anyways useless not recommended

Late delivery The fact that we can order from Karama after moving out from there is superb. However don't expect to receive your food on time. It took them 2 hours to deliver food from Little China where to date I have never got a late delivery from the restaurant itself while living in Karama. Will think twice now before I order from spoonfed coz I not only got it late but also cold. I would rather go to little China and eat there!!!!!

The perfect app! Saves us the long drive ???? and we can savour the food from all our fave restaurants.

Absolutely no complaints! My orders with Spooned have been great so far. Really easy to use app with amazing services. You don't get all these amazing restaurants delivering to New Dubai. This app is a life saver as now I can truely enjoy my meal.

Really impressed by their service. I always wanted to order from Raj Bhog but since no other service delivers to my area, I had to travel long to get the meal. But spoonfed has made life easier. They are fast in getting the food and the delivery boys are polite and courteous.

I really wanted to like this app. It's perfect for ppl like me who have grown up in Karama and then moved farther into new Dubai. To be able to order from Karama restaurants... Wow! Sadly while the concept is great, the app sucks. Terribly clunky, suddenly crashes, one day things will work but the next day the same things won't. Gives random errors, when needing to verify my phone number the code is sent 1 hour later... It's all a mess. Customer service isn't great either... Was told "what to do sir?" when a fault of theirs caused our food to be delayed for 3 hours. Still, I keep trying. The lure of Karama restaurants is too tempting. But in the 10 times I have used this app, my husband and I have only been able to successfully order twice. Other times we just quit with frustration.

A very useful app for people in Dubai. The best part is that they offer distance deliveries across New Dubai. Also, they live up to their standard of 90 mints delivery time which is great. I ordered from Ravi and was really impressed by their service and quality of food.

I am overwhelmed and surprised with the quality service they provide. At first I could not believe that they could get the food so fast. My meal reached in less than 90 minutes.

Great updates! This is the best food app I have ever used. There delivery is fast and sometimes you'll see that the food is available in less than 90 minutes.I don't know how they manage to get here so fast.

Better to have an alternative food arrangement if you order they this app. Concept is good to have food from the far flung reasonable prices restaurants in Karama but timing needs to be considered with 30 extra minutes to the 90 minutes delivery as advised.

I love Indian food and had been longing for it until I came across Spoonfed. The app gives the option to order from Karama which is the best since no other delivery service does that. Delivery charges are also minimum. Great app!

Disappointed by the service... This was the 1st time I ordered and after accepting the order I get a call that it's been cancelled coz they don't have delivery boys... Pathetic
