Works great with my Dell Color MFP H625cdw Please make a check mark button for never showing the optional login menu at the start of the app again.

Can't find a supported Dell printer even though I can connect to the EWS. Other third party apps have no trouble finding printer.

Absolute rubbish cannot use latest app to work printer does not communicate and utter shite.

Instead of finding printers on your network automatically, it forces you to track down an IP address for your printer and enter it in. When you do, it gives you an error an quits.

Works just as expected Don't pay attention to old reviews i bought a new Dell color laser printer, downloaded this app and printed out a picture from my phone immediately. It is a no brainer.

How come it can only print 4 paper sizes? How the hell am I supposed to print envelopes, or Legal? There are plenty of paper sizes available on pc drivers, but only letter and 3 more similar sizes on android, making it half useless.

No refresh to add a printer from a list. I don't want to email Dell for support. I'm computer literate. To the genius who pushed this app out with little to no research and development, bravo...

It prints successfully with our old Dell c1660w, which I was unable to print to from a Linux laptop despite all my efforts using various drivers, or from my Android phone using other apps like PrinterShare. Try it out if you're having trouble printing to a Dell printer.

Doesn't work. Won't print PDF docs. No android drivers available. Utter crap. Wish I could give zero stars.

Used to work and was great but it's now dead for me just like the rest of the reviews. Emailed Dell support - no reply whatsoever. I give up Dell

While I didn't have problems printing from this app - in fact it worked great with our new printer tee and now printing from my phone is my preferred printing method... After a few months the app started to wig out. There have been a few times that it will turn on unexpectedly, and then KEEP OVERRIDING ALL MY APPS ALL DAY! I can't open my phone or another app without the hub opening and saying it couldn't connect. I don't care! I don't need you right now! Really frustrating. Dell needs to fix this bug. This should by no means pop up when I haven't opened the app, regardless of its status.

Document Hub is handy for printing PDF files over the network. However, the sparse UI and nags to create a login drag down its usability. But what caused me to uninstall is frequent and unexplained foregrounding of the app with no user input. I even put up with that for months, but now it makes an audible chime sound when it pops up. You gotta fix this, Dell.

This app was working perfectly for a long time... But now, it's unable to scan any documents. I'm trying and trying and nothing so far. Apparently, I'm not the only one experiencing this problem.

Useless - can't use the app anymore.. Skip this step on the initial splash screen for account creation just refreshes the screen. Utterly useless... Tried cache clear, uninstall without success...

Well I don't know if this works or not. I'm desperate to print something but I cannot create a Dell document hub account. All that happens is I fill in the form click submit and get a message that just says "something went wrong". Well done Dell ????????????

Just downloaded. Found my dell printer and printed in color immediately. Tells me ink levels and can take pics and print directly without have to shoot, save, share and print. Seems pretty darn good. I'll update if anything changes.

Works easy

I just wanted to print a file. This did the trick. Also connects to Drive ok.

Open "device monitor" & click to add printer. It's easy. Just moved from Android 5 to 7!

Keeps launching on my S8 for no reason at all. No way to fix it.

It worked fine then they did an update and now it pops up all the time. I installed and re installed still does it. So i uninstalled it again.

Dell E310 DW not working with this and goes offline not for purpose. Come on Dell sort it out.

Keeps popping up for no reason, I have no option but to disable or remove.

Mostly prints well but really irritatingly it launches every time it touches my wallet because of the NFC. No way of stopping this without turning NFC off on phone.

Update: Play Store states that 5330dn printer is now supported, but app still cannot find ptr! There's no help to be found and forget calling Dell as they won't help w/o charging you a fee to do so! Also, and app has no settings to tweak when troubleshooting. Dec 2017: Extremely disappointed that this app does NOT work with all Dell printers that have WiFi capabilities! Cannot believe Dell leaves some of its customer out in the wind, so to speak, in this area! Dell: learn from HP!!

Hooked up to my brand new h625cdw with my android phone just fine, though online help doesn't mention using nfc to find the printer and that's how I found it. Print web page from hub just stinks. Pathetic delivery. Looks more like a screen shot than a print job. Until the driver and print support improves dramatically, this is pretty much worthless for printing from an android device. Update... Copied web page contents into a word document (go Microsoft for Android support!) and printed very nicely. That's a lot to do to print a web page and I got a warning that printing would go through several servers, which scares me, but the print job was quite acceptable. Up one star to 'it's okay'...

I've used this printer since 2012. The scan feature on the ap has NEVER worked! S'all good...I bought a new Brother printer for half the price and all problems have been resolved!

I have a dell E514DW and generally use wifi direct when printing from my tablet. So far as I can tell, this app doesn't support said feature. I tried a few different ways with no success. 1 star for not supporting the features of your own product. This lack of support will probably have me replacing the printer with a non-Dell product. Update: Finally got it working with wifi direct. It was a bit of a pain, and the app crashes when printing from adobe reader. However, it will print from within the app. 3 stars for being quasi functional, but it needs work.

Absolutely garbage. I can't even get it to connect to my Dell E515DW printer. I can't get this wireless printer to work with any other app as well; Dell software is utterly useless for printing. Learn from my mistake, and save yourself a half-dozen hours of frustration by buying from a different brand... Anything but Dell

Prints OK but has suddenly developed this irritating habit of launching whenever I even breathe on the phone. Wonder if this happened with a app upgrade? I have to close the window about 10 or so times a day

I guess it might come as a surprise to Dell and its app developers that duplex color laser printers have fairly long lifespans. Dropping support for older models is idiotic, given that Dell Mobile Print supported a wider range of devices.

Crap. Have a c1765nfw and everything I've had to do with this printer turns into a major mission from the day and hour I set up. Connectivity is impossibly long winded and difficult. Requiring IP addresses, sign up or that for this etc. Why not just have a simple mobile app on playstore that recognises the flaming printer and works. What a complete DOSE . Advice if you want a simple easy printing life don't buy DELL. Software is Crap @!@&$#

Possibly the most frustrating UI i've come across. Finding a file took 20 minutes and involved Force Stop of the app, after which the root folders magically appeared. I don't want a dell account and i don't want to log in to dell to print a file on my local network. 2 stars because it was able to print a pdf; otherwise it would be a single star.

I downloaded the app went to print a document. It found my Dell C1765nfw color laser printer and bamm, it printed. Scanner option is great just place the document on my auto feeder and handle the options from my tablet without the need to hover over the small Gray scale printer window and scroll through the options. I find it quicker on the tablet.

What a piece of junk. Most un-intuitive app I've ever downloaded. I now regret buying a Dell printer.
