No better than the mobile site. To get reference material you have to get it emailed to you. But the FTP link doesn't work. Very annoying. Tried to get the file with a PC FTP client. Perhaps this is a bad omen and I should send this brand new server back?

Overall...success, but it would be awesome to include full product line information across all platforms...I'm time I'm sure.

Just use the service tag number . Also if your going to make a app then don't tell me after I click on Overview that it's best viewed using a mobile app

This software almost have no model in it. For example it only have 3 laptop models. The Inspiron 13,14 & 15. What the heck. This app is totally useless to me. And the QR Scanner does not work.

Thought Dell could come up with something better than this. Run your diagnostics, scan the QR Code and it gives you absolutely nothing to work with!! Thank you Dell!!

The apple version supports looking up service tag bar codes. Why doesn't this one? I just want to be able to look up machine specs from my android phone.

I go into the software to look up the owner's manual, and instead of a manual, I get a page which says "share", "from:", "to" and a verify code. What an absurd app. I want to look at the manual not email the link to someone.
