Hubble Gallery

When I first downloaded and opened the app, everything was fine it worked great, and I thought, What a great app this was.. Tried opening it recently, and like most other reviews, it keeps telling me there's no internet connection, what's happened to it??. Please fix the problem urgently, working properly, it's a fabulous 5 star app!!. At the moment I'm struggling to give it 3 stars on the hope it'll be fixed. Then I'll give it the 5 stars it deserves!!. I've noticed there are no replys from the programmer "derekcsm" to all the reviews, both good and bad ones, which is not a good sign!. If it's not sorted soon, it's getting uninstalled!!. It's back up and running again for now from 29/12/16. So as promised, up to 5 stars!!..

Total RUBBISH! Downloaded this App, because it looked interesting and informative, but it just doesn't even work: sometimes when I open it, it IMMEDIATELY crashes closed again, or, IF(?) I do manage to open it, when I tap on something I want to view, all I get is a little white flashing square box in the middle of the screen that does nothing in particular! Needless to say, I uninstalled so as not to waste storage on my device!

This app is one of just three that get an inarguable five star rating from me, and for a good reason: when it stopped working the other day, I tried everything up to and including a wipe/reinstall to no avail, so I emailed the developer. Despite it being Christmas, he sorted it out ASAP and now the only worthwhile Hubble gallery app for Android is back in full working order. Now *that's* what I call service! God bless, my friend, *thank you*, and have a Happy New Year!

If you have "no Internet connection" errors, try reinstall the app! Worked for me. Otherwise pretty cool app.

I love your app but it's way too cumbersome without the ability to swipe from one photo to the next or the ability to view in a slideshow. Having to constantly back to go to the next photo makes it so aggravating and cumbersome till it's virtually unusable. Will keep installed for now to see if anything changes with the next update or two.

This used to work, but one of Google's updates must have trashed/broken it. I've seen other complaints about this. Fix it and I will give it the five stars that it deserved (when it actually did find the working wifi etc.) PS tried several methods to connect, rebooted, checked for errant/stray permissions etc.

I used to love this app but for some reason lately, every time I try to use it, it says it's not connected to the internet when I know it is. Been like this for two weeks.

Could be a default if site parms are mismatched or the image folder has a different fileset[name ] or the acess parms in the program are not current to the site. Looks good if it would log on

This App has some of the most Incredible Photographs of our planets, spacestars, moons it has literally something for everyone, actually more like everything for everyone!!! I would recommend it to any one who has a fascination with space photography! Download and share what you find incredible with me!!! I love em all! Enjoy!

Great shots put together in a nice interface. A higher photo quality would have been appreciated even more.

It keeps saying no internet connection. But i have 4G network connection plus i have wifi that is working!!

The images are, of course, stunning. The explanations help one have some understanding of what it is one is looking at. Four stars or nebulae or galaxies!

Great app when first installed but now won't connect to internet. What is happening? Please get it soughted ore I am in installing.

If you love space and love NASA and Hubble you seriously need this. Epic images with detailed descriptions. A well earned 5 star rating!

Uninstalling.

Just loved it. Everyday I read about the different galaxies and nebulae and all the space stuff. JUST AMAZING. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The update sucks..! It's not showing any of the photos. While the previous version was better.
